Easy buying process. Good price. But too many click to deny all the extras.
Booked a trip with this travel agency and was outrageously overcharged for my checked bags. My checked bags almost cost me as much as my plane ticket! When asked if this was a mistake I was hung up on multiple times! When I finally got an answer after 3+ hrs they said it was their "handling fee" as a travel agency. Never will use this agency again! Shame on me for not checking the reviews first because I see everyone agrees with how they handle their business!
Paid for tickets and then name correction for my wife's ticket, they are dragging me for over 3 months with this, still not resolved, probably not gonna resolve this in time, and my vacation will be cancelled. Worst customer service I have ever faced.
I bought five tickets to Greece with my family, we took a direct flight to Crete. After I paid and went to check if everything was ok, I found that they changed my itinerary, making me stop for 8 hours in Germany. So I contacted them and asked them to fix it or give me my money back. They said there was no proof it was their mistake and there was nothing they could do. I had to cancel my reservation and still paid a fee of £170.00. All this in minutes…
Having mistakenly booked 2 tickets that were supposed to be refundable, I tried to get a refund and they took almost all of the money in "fees", and did not tell me that they were going to do this. I travel an awful lot and have used all of the middle services, such as MyTrip. There are plenty of good ones, this is NOT one of them. Look elsewhere.
Absolutely dreadful experience with MyTrip. Booked my flights from Tel Aviv to NYC with them, only to find out last minute that they've canceled both my outbound and return tickets without any notification whatsoever. Dealing with their customer service for a refund has been a nightmare - they're unresponsive, unhelpful, and seem to have no interest in rectifying their mistake. Avoid at all costs!
Very bad customer service. Need to wait min 1 to 2 hours before you can speak to agent. Worst still halfway during conversation phone line just cut. Agent not well versed to what previous agent spoke to you. Every request for flight change or refund is chargeable.

Had a good rate for a flight so decided to book it. Filled in all my payment information, then the price suddenly changed. A button said something like 'check new prices rate'. So I clicked that, resulting in an immediate payment of the new price. Helpdesk says its my own fault. Worst experience ever! Now I have to pay a handling fee.
We were flying but two weeks before the flight my wife had a serious medical condition and we had to cancel the flight. Now if you ring on the customer service, the first scam you will always see is that they place you at 38 number, most of the time and you always have to wait 1 hr and more for your turn to come. Then an indian guy picks up the phone and trust me it looked like its someone picking a phone from home and not customer service place. He puts you on hold after you have waited more than 1 hr and then he cancels the call, leaving you wasted your money and time $#*! he knows you will not wait another 1 hr plus to call back.
So guys avoid this website, they do it intentionally so you guys cant change booking or get a refund.
Two families reserved a plane using mytrip simultaneously - one got 10% higher price than the other for the exact same flight.
I thought I selected two things that would give me a carry-on baggage allowance - flexible ticket and reserved space seating. But my ticket shows that I am only allowed a personal item.
I had a withdrawal from my account made by My-trip-online.com. When I contacted them about refunding it they said no, not unless I could verify a name, email and date of birth. I do not put my date of birth online ever, so I knew something was not right. They refused to refund or tell me who had used my bank account. My account is now locked to their subscription service. Buyer beware. They are not easy to deal with.
Absolutely terrible service. Waiting on the line for more than one hour to be picked up. Customer service agents were not helpful at all and it looks like they are not trained to do their job well. They don't know what to do and always give you unhelpful advice to get rid of the call. Later on you realise nothing has happened and you will have to call again. I would never book through them again and would strongly advice to not to use their services. Not trustworthy at all.
It was generally a good experience as the website is well laid-out, user-friendly and items are explained in detail.
The website is fast and all went efficiently.
I was just disappointed to find some details on the flight I wanted to book different from the source which had directed me to mytrip.com, especially the ticket price which was considerably more expensive.
After 3 attempts, got 3 different pieces of advice. Don't create more trouble for yourself because of some dollar differences compared to other better airlines/platforms to book flight tickets.

My ticket is refunded by Air Canada to mytrip in March 2022 and as of sept 2022 I haven't received anytime. It seems like they are using their own credit cards when buying tickets from airlines. And also they are not refunding if your ticket gets cancelled. I will not recommend mytrip for buying tickets.
Overall it was easy, but annoying at the same time with the buying/adding suggestions to my ticket. I did like the end check out process, since some companies won't allow you to check out claiming something went wrong, yours is not like that.
They have a "guarantee flight refund" in case their sequence failed. It's a lie. They left me stranded. No updates. Ever. I literally had to figure out my flights by myself with the airline. Plus pay for my hotel and food and their refund promise is bull$#*!. I sent screenshots of my Airbnb/ Starbucks breakfast and they're like it's not proper. AFTER they first lied to me telling me all was okay that they had received my receipt. At follow up I'm finding out they need new things and they want them proper. But, leaving me stranded is proper right? Lol, they are absolutely horrible people. I hope they go out of business soon because there is no care to do things right. Skyscanner lead me to them I will be messaging them too to tell them to stop advertising these horrible scammers.
Was excited to see a fair price for airline tickets, they were one hundred dollars cheaper than most other flights. But when you go to purchase the flights, it takes thirty minutes to book because they offer you so many add ons. And when you click no thanks a pop up will come up and ask, "are you sure?" Add ons I could understand include luggage but you were even being asked if you want to pay for a check in? Who does that!? In the end, I was fooled into selecting seats that cost an additional $100 despite being at the back on the plane. So slimy, sneaky and borderline unethical.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
