Original Order 24/07/23.
I have been informed that since I placed my order it hasn't been shipped due to server issues and they can't access their own website.
The site still takes orders and payments but they can't see them or verify to send them etc.
The email I got back stated they would refund me if I wanted to but I gave them screenshots of the data they would need to ship me my products.
They wouldn't need server access to do so and as such hopefully I receive them ASAP and will update accordingly.
Not sure if many people have had similar issues or replies etc and I truly hope my review hasn't disheartened anyone by placing an order and feeling like they have been scammed.
Truly MP have been legit AF for years and they always used to deliver.
This is the only time I've had an issue and hopefully it will be sorted soon and my verification of wether this is a legit issue will be wether they ship or not.

If you run a business and can't access your website/database etc then people are buying products and paying but you maybe see the payments (depending on method) but can't attach them to orders or even know what was ordered (as anyone using MP would know).
So this could be the issue.
I have shown them proof of payment they can verify and sent them screenshots of my order with address etc.
They can prove I paid, check on their end it's legit and attach that to the order I show them for the value I paid.
Put the 2 items in an envelope and send them.
Simple.

Update: They eventually refunded me via PayPal on 15/08/23.
It took a few weeks to sort but I did get my money back.
I offered them the deal I mentioned above where I send them screenshots of the order and the payment which they can verify (without axes to their website) and verify the PayPal payment (by just accessing PayPal).
If they had product on hand and weren't scamming then this is what they could have done to send me what I requested.
If I were running the business (I have ran similar businesses just like this but even on a larger scale) I would have asked my customers to do just that.
I would have sent email to everyone saying "please could you send us a screenshot of your order on the website and or your payment on PayPal or such" and then manually picked and packed.
As long as they can verify that Mr X paid Jozsef Bitter €123 and see the transaction ID to prove it was them that matches the name on the order the screenshot shows for whatever products they ordered (beach party/vanilla sky/ADAN etc) then they aren't taking any risk.
They see they got the cash then they send the product.
I used to think they packaged up their own products in the packaging and bought the Chems in bulk (probs from China) so they only needed to buy the packets and stickers (vanilla sky etc).
Seems these ADAN/Beach party and many others are allegedly wholesale from an American company.
Either MP are both wholesale and end user selling using various sites or they buy their products pre packaged and if they do then they went down in my estimation by 10 fold.
I dont think so TBH.
I feel they developed the NatureX****** branded lot as a way to wholesale to other sites not willing to take risk with China and bravo to a certain extent but I requested a catalogue from NatureX***** a couple of times and no response but got my refund from Mysterious plants.

Likely I'm right in assuming they decided to create a brand "NatureX******" and some products with a wholesale website for companies to request catalogues to sell their products.
It was allegedly a USA based company but not sure but whatever I feel they took advantage of the fact not many of the RC scene Companies wanted to take on a risk of importing KG's of whatever so bought lower quantities from these.
It's what I would have done TBH, created prepackaged product and wholesaled to the smaller shops/sites but I would not have messed with so many when you exit scam as you hit one wrong person who knows their $#*! and you end up getting messed up big time.

All I can say is I wouldn't try and buy from these.
They were fine up until I went away to jail for a while last year and when I came out they sent me one lot, packaged exactly as I told them how to do so when shipping to a certain country (shows yous listened to me then).
I spent best part of last year and beginning of this year in jail and police had my phone, now I sanitise my devices but who knows...
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from the once trustworthy and loyal (albeit slow) MP is don't!
W8 and see what happens but I thunk either they exit Scamming or the Policía Nacional or some other agency is on them like a dog on heat and yeah you use a "so called wholesale pre packaged website [allegedly] based in USA" and what ya got?!?

I want to write a review for the shop Mysteriousplants.com.
The customer support is very friendly and helpful with all questions and concerns about the shop and the products themselves, the customer support also answers very quickly, you usually have an answer the next day, I think the customer support of Mysteriousplants is really excellent.
The shop also offers many payment options, with bank transfer the money is processed and confirmed 1 day after the transfer and the order is sent the following day, I think Mysteriousplant is really very fast, and you are always informed by email about the current situation Order status notified.
The shipping time is also very fast, it was 3 days in total and the order arrived reliably.

The products ordered and received were Heaven Next incense, I Like incense, BlaBla incense, Doves Original pills and Ocean Burst Extreme bath salts.

The incense mixture Heaven Next is very relaxing and sedating, and the spectrum of effects gives a fairly strong euphoria, I would rate Heaven Next as strong.

The incense mixture I Like is also very relaxing, only here the spectrum of effects is just as activating and stimulating, I would also rate I Like as strong.

The incense blend BlaBla is also of a strong nature, the spectrum of action here is more designed for a strong euphoric sedation with a really deep relaxation, I would also rate the incense blend BlaBla as strong.

The Doves Original pills are very strongly euphoric and also slightly stimulating, the spectrum of action here is designed to be very serotogenic, I like the Doves Original and I would rate the Dove Original pills as strong.

Finally I come to the Ocean Burst Extreme bath salt, the spectrum of action here is very motivating as well as euphoric and very stimulating, I like the Ocean Burst Extreme bath salt as well and I would rate the Ocean Burst Extreme as strong.

In conclusion, I can only recommend Mysteriousplants.com, fast and friendly customer support as well as a fairly fast and reliable delivery, all products are of very good quality, I had nothing to complain about and I am very satisfied with the shop.

Overall not bad but also not good either. I am rating 2 orders simultanously, first and second. Right now finding proper quality incense due to the crisis is hard as anyone knows... This review was written with that in mind too, still in the end you also have to rate your bang you get for your buck.

What I found positive so far about MP(Mysterious Plants):

- It at least seems as if MP is doing their utmost to ensure the ingredients used are indeed and 100% proper. At least it would appear so unlike many many other shops.
- Active communication, both for inquiries as well as rating of samples.
- Samples are given out too, but a bit differently then in many other shops, these samples are prototypes and not a typicaly finished incense, at least that was true for my last order.
- Some good deals can be had at MP most of the time
- So far all products worked and produced arome, even if not always satisfying.

And about the not so good things...

- Despite that all products I tested so far work some can be really weak, especialy the Blueberry Haze Ultra was a let down... Evil Pumpkin at least comes with a strong aroma that is true, however not only have I had a bit better then that before already(not much stronger mind you, but still), sadly the aroma of the Pumpkin doesn´t last very long, about 15 minutes, so you have to use a lot if you want a long lasting aromatic experience.
- Some of the special offers can be a bit missleading sometimes or there are hidden downsides to them... For example, there is no free shipping at all anymore... Or, true to their word, MP gave out a 20% voucher after my first purchase, however, that voucher in fact expired YESTERDAY(1st of december) already! I received my voucher around the 20th november, so basicaly I got a 20% voucher yes but it was only valid for around 2 weeks which really isn´t much! This gave me only a short timeframe to actualy redeem my voucher. Also the 1 time free sample offer for new customers seems suspended for quite a while now too. Livechat also seems constantly down and their FAQs state that the only communication is via email. In general the website, while well structured, seems in need of some minor overhaul. Something MP seems to be aware of already which is good given the poll on their website.
- Like stated above there is NO free shipping at all! Also there in an EXTRA FEE of 4€ added if you choose bank wire transfer as well! Something you also only realize once you are at the checkout already. I would in future recommend MP to state so clearly in their FAQs and/or elsewhere when they do their website overhaul.
- Like stated above, no free shipping and an extra fee mean extra costs for you as customer already. On top of that, MP´s general prices for their incenses are quite high too. This entire combination makes a purchase at MP pricey unless you make use of their special offers, and even then you end up with a medium pricerange. For that matter there are definitely cheaper alternatives out there.
- Both took long, shipment took quite long, and it took REALLY long to have my payment accounted for and until my package was finaly sent out. It were a full 3 business days(not including the day before where I placed and paid my order! So technicaly: 3 and a half days) until my payment was finaly booked and another business day before it was sent out, so 4-5 days in total for that step alone. Then it took another 5-6 business days for the actual delivery. So far this was the longest I had to wait(safe for 1 exception that was customs related) from the various shops I tested the past year.

Conclusion: A solid shop for sure, however not the mind blowing experience I was looking for... All incenses I ordered where either had satisfyingly strong aroma but very short lasting... or longer lasting aroma but dissatisfyingly weak smell. I am still trying to find something that has both qualities again. I did order more incenses advertized as extremely strong with my voucher with my second purchase, and hope to be receiving exactly that this time.

In the meantime, despite the short duration, I do recommend Evil Pumpkin for as long as MP still offers the "Buy one, Get one Free!" offer for the Pumpkin, the Pumpkin definitely releases a strong, relaxing aroma! The Blueberry Haze Ultra on the other hand, not true to its name at all, I cannot recommend to anyone but absolute beginners, at least it did last a bit longer, around an hour. Still, that´s no good if the arome is THAT weak... Also that said, both Evil Pumpkin packages I had seemed not 100% dry on my first order... This was fixed on my second order by the way. The Wasted similiarly to the Evil Pumpkin releases a strong and nice but again only short lasting arome. Again the same game for the Brutal Incense too.

MP sure has some good qualities, see above, sadly the negatives do hamper that quite a lot. Overall I would give a rating of 4,0.

As for quality consistency: Indeed first and second order were marked by consistency in quality. No complaints there. Aside like said from the not 100% dry Pumpkin packages the first time round which was fixed the second time round. Quality of the aroma, while not 100% satisfying was at least consistent.
