Actually it is quite the opposite. They are very selective in providers that get listed. When you make a request you will get a response from the top rated providers in your area. You then choose! Much like I use Yelp, I start with the 5 star rated providers.
I don't like myseniorcareguide, I think they just take referral fees for sending people to any old senior transportation service. I wouldn't trust any of the information from their site. You're better off doing your own research or calling your local Administration on Aging.
