Zero stars. It is a scam and they will try to make unauthorized charges to your card. It asked for $2.95 for 14 day access to the resume templates then even offered to take a dollar off. NO mention of any further charges. Out of nowhere the other day they attempted 3 times to charge $23.95 or some amount like that. Thank goodness I have a card with a credit union and they blocked those charges. But now I have to wait for a new debit card thanks to this stupid site. Don't use it!
I canceled this service twice and still got charged an extra 48$. If you cancel this site they will make you hit cancel my subscription 4 times to actually cancel. And they will hide it so you can't find it. Don't buy the "free trial" because it is impossible to cancel. They also charge your card at 1 am so that you won't see it. This is the first review I have ever left ever.

I had a very bad experience with this company
First they asked me to enter personal information, then they sent me exactly the same information in the form of a PDF file and I paid the requested fee and that was it.
And after that, I received no service, help or any news, and I was surprised to find that my debit card is reduced by about $ 24 from next month, When I protested, they said that you have already registered automatically and you have to pay, and when I ask them to cancel my membership, they left me the next month not to return the deducted money

I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me the money. They ok they have canceled it on March 3rd, today, March 16 they deducted $34 from my bank account.

I stumbled across this website and thought I would give it a try.
The website, (www.myperfectresume.com) had a 14 day trial package for $2.95.
It mentioned that users would be able to print off resumes, cover letters and other important
Documents as much as needed. I attempted to print my resume 10 minutes after I signed up but had no such luck. I called customer service and spoke with Mark, but again was not successful. I proceeded to tell Mark that I wanted to cancel my 14 day trial package. (This website said that users can cancel their membership anytime by calling customer service or by e-mail) Mark then proceeded to tell me that I would need to e-mail my perfect resume if I wanted to in fact cancel this membership.
This website is very misleading!

I find it really frustrating this website shows when typing in Free Resume Builder into google. What I find even more-so annoying is it lets you build your resume then BAM hits you with a $30 Fee! I will most definitely be cancelling. This is just bad business and greed.

They have you sign up for a 2 week subscription, which I was fine with. I assumed AFTER that subscription ended they would ASK if you would like the other one. I was automatically signed up for the month one, which was an expensive I wasn't accounting for and it over drafted my account. It would be nice to know that I have to pay just to be able to save the resume I just spent hours building BEFORE I spent all the time doing so. I'm working from a mobile device, and throughout the process of creating my resume, entire sections were deleted multiple times over creating a very stressful and unpleasant experience. Which is sad especially since its a service that is suppose to help people who are laid off.
