Zero stars. It is a scam and they will try to make unauthorized charges to your card. It asked for $2.95 for 14 day access to the resume templates then even offered to take a dollar off. NO mention of any further charges. Out of nowhere the other day they attempted 3 times to charge $23.95 or some amount like that. Thank goodness I have a card with a credit union and they blocked those charges. But now I have to wait for a new debit card thanks to this stupid site. Don't use it!
Absolute gem of a website to help assist with Resume writing.
I just wish it was a free service
I love the walk through and ability to add the job description so your software can add "key words" to the resume. I'd like to see a Federal Job option as their resume requirements or what they look for is totally different. Overall good experience, easy format (bring in more visual options though).

I like that it's quick and easy to put a resume together. But, I just wish that it allowed at least the first download for FREE.

I discovered the website on a search for free resume templates, so I was a bit disappointed to discover it wasn't actually a free template. And I simply needed to update my resume as I have been at the same company for over 9 years, so I really don't need a membership or monthly service This was a bit deceptive and the payment thing does not come up at all until you have gone through the entire process

Honestly, I'd give it a five star but I don't have any experience with any other online company. I am blue collar and was needing a resume for a remote job application. I was intimidated by the process not knowing how to build a proper resume. My Perfect Resume was incredibly easy to navigate. I got a call back quickly, so we shall see what comes next.

I liked this website, it was actually really really helpful and it saved me so much time, I loved making the resume. However I wish that I was informed that I have to pay in order to get the resume before I started and not after I finished it... I could've just took pictures and copied it for free, that actually pissed me off, but I got my cool back and I gave it a 4 stars because it actually deserves it, I don thin paying bu ti really don like things like this.

It would only let me choose from associate's degrees in the drop down boxes for education.
I don't see a spot for certifications, like BLS CPR or IV.

Easy to use site. A bit misleading stating 20+ free templates then charge you a fee with recurring expenses unless you cancel

I love the the options that are available to use to build your resume. The two things I do not like is that you cannot preview your resume to check how many pages it will be. I had to alter it quite a few times and was charged each time before I got it correct. The other thing is after setting up your resume, SUPRISE there is a charge. The price should noted before starting your resume building. Marketing tactics I guess. At least I got it done.
