Very helpful customer service representative, very patient and understanding. But the time lag before i was connected to a representative was somewhat long. Otherwise, its all good
I am very upset, the first time I used it, I paid about 10 for 7 days, then my debit card number was registered in my account without my permission and the amount became about 90 per month, still without my permission or information. I discover it today when I checked my bank account, I saw that they took this amount from my account twice. This is unacceptable and kind of a criminal thief. I cancel the subscription today and i hope i will never hear from you again, I will never use it again. I am very very upset. 😤😤😤

In a few clicks I created my stunning cover letter than a CV which I made several different for each job entry I was interested. ( I got the job each time - just saying). (I am doing freelance jobs).

As a pensioner, finances are an issue. I had an issue with my subscription on a Saturday morning I called Customer Service and spoke to a lovely lady called Jackie. She listened as I explained the situation, she then proceeded to help, slowly and with simple explanations. Within minutes we had resolved the issue, and I was sorted, lovely service. TY

I had an issue with a subscription and I needed to update my CV ASAP. I emailed the customer service to speak to them about it and they contacted me in less than 2 hours and solved my issue. Very very very good customer service!

The site in itself is excellent and provides great options for making the best CV possible. I myself had a little problem with cancelling my subscription but after contacting customer service I was taken care of with great efficiency and supervision.

The website is actually really helpful and allows you to have good structure of your sentences on your CV! You may have to tweak a few bits here and there but that's just minor as most of the work is technically done for you. The customer service is really great! You can get hold of them so quickly and they sort you issue out instantly! It's honestly a handy site to have!

My query was dealt with in a polie courteous manner. Staff were very helpful and led me step by step through the logging in process. Would definatley recommend myperfectcv to others as it is a simple process which saves alot of time.

I contacted CS to cancel my subscription, because I did not want to continue paying £16.95 after updating my CV (very easy to do using one of the MyPerfectCV templates, by the way!)
The CS operative, Victor, was excellent and, I now have retained full capability on my account at a reduced cost of £3 a month, which I'm happy with.

I was having trouble with creating an effective CV and called to cancel my subscription as I thought it wasn't worth the money. However, the lady I spoke to, Jackie, was SO helpful and helped me to understand what needed improving on my CV and spent 30 minutes going through it with me to get it to an outstanding standard. I was not expecting that service at all, I didn't realise that was even a service they offered, but I am so grateful as it allows me to continue my job search with better chances and less stress. She was also so friendly and encouraging when talking about my job search, I am super glad that I called and got to speak to this lovely woman. Thank you so much for your help. Would highly recommend to anyone.
