I am very upset, the first time I used it, I paid about 10 for 7 days, then my debit card number was registered in my account without my permission and the amount became about 90 per month, still without my permission or information. I discover it today when I checked my bank account, I saw that they took this amount from my account twice. This is unacceptable and kind of a criminal thief. I cancel the subscription today and i hope i will never hear from you again, I will never use it again. I am very very upset. 😤😤😤

Or son used this site trying to get a little job to help with school he signed up to a free trial and the it was supposed to be a student fee of £3 or so but no they charged over £16 a month clearing his account until he had no money left, we didn't realise until his bank statement came. My prefect cv offered to refund £5! Absolutely disgusting behaviour absolutely no care at all.
Do no use especially for students as once they get your card serials they will keep clearing it with no exception.
A company with no morals.

I made my CV on 22nd Feb 2024 and paid 14 days amount. After that same day, I tried to edit but on the system, they said to do the payment. I sent an email to customer care and attached the transaction details they said that I have a basic account without any payment. They asked me to send my bank details email ID etc but after that no reply from their side. Today they deducted AED 89.95 from my account. If I have no paid subscription and if I was able to edit my CV bcz as per them I never made a payment how come they deducted 89.95 amount from my account? They have my bank account number and that's why they are deducted money. Even though I had downloaded the CV from the site on 22nd Feb after 14 days of payment. I wanted to cancel the subscription but was not able to do so because the cancelation option was not there. These people are fake. I have sent them an email to return my money and I am waiting for their reply. Let's see

If you forget to cancel your membership before 14 days, you will be charged £220 per year, for what something you can easily do yourself. Save yourself money, go to your local CAB or job center and they will help you create your CV for free.

Contacted them multiple times to cancel the subscription - you automatically get subscribed when buying the downloadable version of the CV. They claim there isn't a paid account allocated to my email address, but they charged me almost 18 pounds 3 days after. No response from them after providing them with the proof of them stealing from me! No one answers the phone either. I have escalated it to my bank, Trading Standards and I will not stop here. Also there are other many people in this situation - same story, same outcome - so we all want to go to the media and expose them and what they are doing to people. Avoid! Do not fall into their trap like I did.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use it! There is no such thing as paying to download your CV and that's it. You end up with a subscription it's really hard to get rid of.

I subscribed on 29/5/23 $ 2.95 for 14 days using Mr. O. domicillary account & immediately sent me the cv but to my greatest suprise on 30/5/23 you debited him $3.00 and on 14/6/23 $24.42 at 4.38 am, why this after 1 day of payment and again. Be very careful with this shady website. I opted it for a trial and for 1 year I've been charged 16.95 GBP each month without knowing. They don't send you an invoice or receipt to let you know that they have taken money from your account. I paid 200 GBP and used their service once. That's a bit expensive for a cv builder. No emails, nothing! They just take 16.95 each month and pretend like nothing happens.

With my great bad-luck, i opted the service of 'MyPerfectCV' to build my CV. I was suppsoe to pay 12 aed to use this service for week or 2 week i guess.

However, they started auto deducting around 90 aed from last 3 months,. They dont even have option to cancel subscription anywhere on teher website.

I Got charged 25.7 US Dollar for only one month subscription although it's only without any prior notification.
This is very bad and fraud from this management that have a reputation to make you feel secured to add your details with them.
I'm going to file a follow up with my bank and make all the needed procedures to fix this issue.

They first tell you they will only charge you $2,1, but it's a trick since it is hidden in the text they will then instantly charge you $21.
Then, when you realize this and try to cancel the subscription on the website, the link doesn't work. How convenient for them.

Sadly I give up on the £200 plus you managed to take from my credit card over the past year. This was disputed by my credit card company but to no avail. Of course I fell into your automatic subscription after 14 days. Good of you not to even send a mail or any other notification that this was taking place. Shame on me for not looking more closely at my credit card statement.
Your company are at best dishonest at worst complete scammers. I tried phoning and emailing and just got nowhere. So you will be happy to know you get to keep the money.
Do you really think I wanted to write a c.v. on such a regular basis? A years subscription for one c.v.? The negative reviews on Sitejabber and Trustpilot alone are testimony as to what a con your company is and as for the good reviews I personally believe they are all fake. You may hear more about you company on social media just shortly.
Now you can send me your pathetic 'we sorry about your experience' reply underneath as you refuse to give me any of my money back.

I was supposed to pay 9.99 AED and after one week they deducted 99 AED=26USD from my account and i had to block my credit card to get rid of those scammers.

I closed my account 3 years ago. They managed to reactivate it and charge me for three years in a row. Now, first year I thought I forgot to unsubscribe before the claimed deadline, fine, I go on the website and I make sure I unsubscribe so the following year I should not be charged. Nothing. The second year I got charged anyhow. I contact the customer service, they apologize and confirmed my account was disabled, so that I should get a refund. Never happened. Now, third year: I get $#*!ing charged anyhow. I just blocked my credit card and went to the police to report these scammers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THESE SCAMMERS AND CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT to spot any unauthorized transactions from them.

I was trying to cancel my subscription and the site wouldn't let me then once they charged me the option to cancel become available …. I tried to contact them many times but it wasn't possible to get through the phone … I have send and email for a refund and the answer I got is now you have cancelled your subscription you will not be charged again but I want the refund for thw money they took because they wouldn't let me cancel before that

And now, I m charged with 25$ because I don t have a button for UNSUBSCRIBE and you didn t answer! I ve called you again, but IS NOT WORKING! I ve sent today 2 e mail for unsubscribe! Why am I charged? Because you don t answer?

I signed up to help a friend write a CV, after realising i was now in a subscription i called and cancelled. I was informed this had been done. Anyway fast forward 8 months and guess what, they are still taking £16.99 from my account per month and WONT refund it. I am FUMMING!

I'm impressed and surprised. This website looked very serious, very well done service. And just to be neutral the website did a good job with my CV.
(!) But the notification on the automatic subscription is written in light grey down the bottom, you would not expect it from a serious site that cares about their reputation.
And I see people are complaining since 2017 and they have not changed this!
I'm disappointed. I'll never use this website again because they are cheating and they know it.
