Held off from buying MMMI products for a long time because of all the negative reviews of the items not shipping out or arriving, people not receiving confirmation emails and customer service not responding. However, I could not hold off any longer on not getting the pink puffer tote, so I did! Speaking on my personal experience with this brand, customer service was extremely responsive on both Instagram dm and email, the bag was shipped out earlier than the estimated pre-order ship out date and they used a reliable shipping service (DHL). I've been waiting years to own this bag and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. Came with a free car scent tag (personally not my cup of tea scent wise) but my mother loved it so she took it. Overall, I'm glad it all went well! Price wise, it is very very expensive especially in my countries' currency but having waited for so long, I'm okay with that :)
We paid $51 USD for express shipping, which should take 3-7 business days. It's been 2 weeks and we haven't even received a tracking number for our package after asking for it. I'm shocked at how terrible their customer service is.
I purchased one of the puffer bags back in late November, I will admit that they took a while to ship the item but the actual shipping took less than a week. The puffer bag looks how it does online and feels like good quality.
My package actually shipped to the wrong address at first but I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and immediately contacted FedEx to change the address. My advice if you need customer service is to email them directly as opposed to going through the customer service portal on the website.
Summary: The products are as described in my experience however order as far in advance as possible if purchasing a gift for someone or for any other occasion with time constraints.

I placed an order with mymummadeit and then came on here and looked at the reviews and instantly regretted it, thinking this brand was a scam and my order never would arrive. However i received it within 2 weeks and everything was fine! I even placed a second order with them and had no issues at all.

i have the white stripe pants, black zip jumper and the grey sweatpants which are my favourite!
i don’t love the white stripe pants as the sizing is a bit off so i haven’t worn them. the jumper was okay not as nice material as i thought, but the sweatpants are super comfy!
Just received my order that i placed on 15/9. Everything fits great so sizing guide is defs accurate. The quality is nice and everything looks how it did in the pictures. I was a bit worried after reading these reviews and having not received a shipping confirmation after a week so I messaged MMMI instagram and received a response within a few hours and then the team responded to my email within 30 minutes of sending it. Shipping was definitely very slow but with that in mind I would order again. Good experience overall.
I just received my order and was so excited to write a review! One of the best online clothing stores I have found. The clothes are all so my style and the store is so unique and fun to look through. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the shipping takes a little while but it's free so I can't really complain too much :)
