Held off from buying MMMI products for a long time because of all the negative reviews of the items not shipping out or arriving, people not receiving confirmation emails and customer service not responding. However, I could not hold off any longer on not getting the pink puffer tote, so I did! Speaking on my personal experience with this brand, customer service was extremely responsive on both Instagram dm and email, the bag was shipped out earlier than the estimated pre-order ship out date and they used a reliable shipping service (DHL). I've been waiting years to own this bag and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. Came with a free car scent tag (personally not my cup of tea scent wise) but my mother loved it so she took it. Overall, I'm glad it all went well! Price wise, it is very very expensive especially in my countries' currency but having waited for so long, I'm okay with that :)
We paid $51 USD for express shipping, which should take 3-7 business days. It's been 2 weeks and we haven't even received a tracking number for our package after asking for it. I'm shocked at how terrible their customer service is.

Hopefully someone who is thinking of ordering from them will see this and change their mind. I ordered the pink puffer tote bag in late june. It said it was out of stock and would ship out after 4th of july! I figured it might take some time bc it was coming from the UK anyways but it took WAY too long. And on top of that i paid for express shipping, which didn't make sense to me on the website because that's the only option available when you're ordering their stuff. So on top of the regular price, i had to pay about another 30$ for express shipping just to get my purse mid august! I kept emailing their customer service team and although they did respond, they were not helpful in any way possible. It's obvious the brand doesn't really care about their customers. Now the bag itself, it's lovely and very cute, but realistically not a great bag for everyday use. It's basically 70% fluff, so it's not really spacious inside. If you plan on using it for school i suggest not getting it. You can fit some basic necessities in it and MAYBE a small laptop but that's about it! With that being said it's not worth it. It's not worth the wait for a bag that is lumpy and uncomfortable to carry, and doesn't have enough space for everything. On top of that if you decide you don't want it and to return it good luck with that process! I suggest just buying the bag from someone who's reselling it if you want it that bad.

Frustrated by the extensive wait and feeling the need to move on, I decided to contact the customer support team to cancel my order and request a refund. To my utter dismay, my request for cancellation and refund was completely ignored. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out and clarify my situation, I received no response whatsoever. It is utterly disappointing that a company would neglect their customers' requests in such a callous manner.
When I finally managed to get a response from My Mum Made It's customer support team regarding my request for a refund, their proposed solution was utterly unreasonable and burdensome. They informed me that the only way I could receive a refund is if I returned my order at my own expense, paying for the exorbitant shipping charges. It is baffling that they expected me to bear the cost and inconvenience for a situation that was entirely their fault. They should have taken responsibility for their failure to fulfill my order within the promised timeframe and canceled it promptly, sparing me from this unnecessary hassle.
This blatant attempt to shift the financial burden onto the customer further demonstrates My Mum Made It's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is evident that they prioritize their own profit over ensuring a positive and fair shopping experience for their customers. This unreasonable refund policy only adds insult to injury and is yet another reason why I strongly advise against buying from this brand.
Considering the significant delays, the lack of communication, the neglected requests for cancellation and refund, and the unjust refund policy, My Mum Made It has proven itself to be an unreliable and untrustworthy company. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out alternative brands that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold their promises.
Ordered a few things with a site-wide discount code and paid a $25 shipping fee (the only option, despite every email claiming "free global shipping"). Waited two weeks for my items to finally ship. Some things didn't fit, and I went to the website to "request" a return (again, the only option.) Was immediately denied, as apparently discounted items are marked "final sale" and not eligible to be returned. Which would be fine, if that was disclosed ANYWHERE during the checkout process. Feels very shady to not give any indication that the items you are purchasing are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Was also told "please note that as our warehouse is currently located in China, as a small business we have a strict policy when it comes to returns as shipping and handling costs are expensive to ship globally." Overall very disappointed in both their customer service AND the quality of their clothes. There is also NO phone number for customer service. Will never buy from them again.
Preordered a bag March 10th, said it would ship out march 15. A week passes, I email them asking whats up and suddenly my shipment date has been moved to april 15? A whole month later? Okay fine so I wait and now it's april 19, I'm getting radio silence from them. Terrible organization and I'm starting to think they are taking my money and running with it. Their shipping was already delayed because I ordered a preorder item, waited for the date it was supposed to come, it never came. They came out with a new preorder date for the item. I ordered in late January and it is already halfway through March and I randomly got a shipping notification on my phone about an order from China. Never got an official shipping confirmation from this site itself. This brand does not seem sustainable at all and I'm upset that none of these tiktok influencers sponsored by them are being honest about how poor their customer service is. I purchased the pink puffer tote bag (you know, the one that was all over tiktok/IG for a while) on November 19th. I purchased via paypal, so I received the paypal confirmation that my order was confirmed. However I did not receive any purchase confirmation from MMMI at all - it's been over a month now, I've contacted them through their website twice (no response - even though it promises a response in 24 hours), and also filed a dispute with paypal (still no response). I've tried reaching out to *******@mmmi.clothing thanks to a screenshot from another customer at this site since they don't list any contact info on their website. I paid over 100 for an item I don't think at this point I'll ever receive or hear about again - my hope is that PayPal will eventually refund me the money, but this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with while online shopping.
Paid $25 for express shipping (not by choice, that's their only option for sales). Seller didn't process or deliver item (still hasn't). Contacted their customer service REPEATEDLY and after multiple emails was told "we'll contact our team and find out" and then never received another message. Tried contacting them multiple times only to be ignored AGAIN. Beautiful clothes, but you shouldn't have to beg customer service to give you your items and STILL not get them.
Ordered slippers that I was so excited about. The shipping was supposed to be around 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I assumed they were going to be arriving soon, but I got an unexpected email stating they accidentally sold me slippers that were no longer in stock, so they had to refund me and cancel the order. Took them 2 weeks to let me know? When the item was supposed to be arriving? So lazy and unprofessional, so curious as to who even runs this brand.
I've spent months going back and forth with their customer service over email basically begging them to ship my item before winter ends (it's a big long coat) and they keep reassuring me it will be sent in a few days and it's been two months since I placed my order. First time ordering from their webshop and surely my last. Any item that is IN STOCK should be shipped out within a week. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable from a brand that is just coming up. Take care of your customers. Item order placed 2/5/19 and still have not received shipping update as of 3/27/19.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Their mum clearly didn't have anything to do with this company as it has no care for any customer.

Material is very low quality. Wrong material dispatch. Return file update your side till time not response.
They steal other brands work. For example, they copied Prada's Vela backpack. Their garbage low quality version is 100% copied from prada's design. After pointing out the similarities on Instagram, they sent me a DM telling me to mind my own business and blocked me. They have since removed their post on Instagram. Guilty much?
The brand claims to be Australian, yet shipping and manufacturing is done in China for cheaper prices.
But for some reason the items are at its all time highest so the owner is profiting off Chinese workers.
Not only that but the customer service and shipping service is horrible (unless you have a high social media following ofc). You won't see your item at your doorstep for at least 2 months, and if you inquire about it, they give you responses like "we'll check" or "we'll get back to you" but they never do.
The first time i ordered from them, i received my item about 6 weeks after i ordered. Now it is the second time and I have not received any update from their choice of shipping company (they chose Chins Post, the cheapest and slowest option).
It has been 4 months now. It is a gamble if you're ordering from a company that opts for the cheapest services and options, but make you pay high prices.
I'd give this company a 0 if I could. Never got a refund for some items that didn't fit my daughter... beware!
Placed an order for express 3-7 day shipping and I have received ANY shipping updated and its been 2weeks. Plus, they already pulled $300 from me! Customer service is abysmal. Took over 2 business weeks for them to issue a refund for my completed f*cked order. I ordered two items, paid my $25, waited my week or two, and only got a pair of shorts that were damaged at the seam. I requested to return them, they had to "check with their team" to see if they could pay for a shipping label for me, even though this is literally explained in their FAQ's that this is the process to initiate a damaged item return. Over a week went by at this point since my initial contact to alert them of my damaged item and ask about my missing one. They told me they'd send me a new package and I still just wanted to return for a refund, so another week goes by until they finally issue a refund, and guess what? They didn't even fully refund the order. I paid $25 to ship me some damaged shorts. I want the rest of my money returned to me.

I wish I could give this 0 stars instead of 1! Absolute scam! I ordered a $50 bodysuit in May of 2017 and it's been now almost 2 years and never received it but the money was taken immediately! I emailed and DMed them multiple times and no help whatsoever. Please do not waste your time or money.
I got the wrong size and it's really bad material it doesn't even stretch! So I emailed them and they said they'd send me a new pair with stretchier fabric and they never did. I ended up emailing them again asking when I would be getting it in the mail seeing as its been 3 months now and they ignored me. Didn't answer. I don't recommend. The prices she charges don't match the material.

Clothes and shipping are both expensive- cheapest option of shipping for my order was $15. There's a 1-7 days processing time on orders before shipment but It's been over two weeks since I placed my order and my items have not even been shipped yet. Customer service is not very helpful at all.

Am really upside about how huge is there following and in the end they are not satisfying the costumers, I wish that I reviewed MMM web before ordering am hoping in future they can fix there problem because it not a nice way to deal with there costumers, "ignoring" what a weak customer service!

This company is basically a huge scam. Your clothes take months and months to come and I didnt even recieve my whole order, they forgot a purse that I ordered. The shirt I got was tiny and I ordered a medium? The gun necklace I got looks like it came from the dollar store its an absolute joke. This company is a scam that steals your money, do not order from it.
