Anything good said about this site is a lie, they're thieving scum do not buy anything, they replied until they took my money then no response, emailed them off a different account asking how long delivery would take, they replied straight away, they should be drawn and quartered, not much I hate more than theives, luckily I didn't trust them anyway and only did a test order to see if it came, which obviously it did not

I am very satisfied with my purchase, it suffered some delay, but I understand that it is due to the circumstances of the pandemic, the important thing is that we maintained effective communication at all times, that kept my confidence. I will make my second purchase soon.

I believe people should learn from their own experiences. This company is a fraud. They will steal your money. They have stolen $******* of mine. They answered my emails well until the moment I paid them. Since I paid them they did not answer any of my emails. They claimed the bad reviews were from a clone site not them but they are the real thieves. All I can say to everyone reading this, if they had a better of you don't waste anytime, just google Phoenixsouls immediately to get back your money!

After placing an order to this website, I tough the prices are to good to be true, after 8 business days I got a call that my order was arriving next day with a time frame... Very impressed about quality and customer service experience.

Month in and no order.
Was sent bogus tracking number to start.
Emailed them about it and the claim shipper lost/stole product. Would not even tell me who they shipped it with.
Claim they are processing a replacement. Have seen nothing.
Then they claim a refund was issued. No BTC has shown back up.
Will update if something actually shows up.

My fist order was an Innosilicon A10@ 500MH.
The delivery was in a week, they respond fast at the messages. Sometimes 3 hours sometimes 5.

Bottom line: I will definitely recommend them!

Ordered and paid via bacs which they provided details 3 months on no product has been delivered. Emailed many time no response. Please don't fall victim like me

Happy to take your money, then nothing. Invalid tracking number given, no replies to emails requesting a correct tracking number, no replies to emails requesting status. Like a fool I wanted this to be a legit business selling reasonably priced minders. Don't be a fool - this place is a scam and you have no way of getting your coin back.

This company has not provided or refunded my money. When I make official complaint they disappear and stopped to response on email. This fraud case is now in European Consumer Centre.

Do not send any crypto currencies to this company. I paid for a ASIC machine to two and a half month ago and after they receive payment they disappear. I have sent also constant emails. I have heard the ridiculous explanations for the Amazon warehouse fire that actually took place in 2016.

They play for time and come up with some amazing stories about why the ordered product is delayed.

Don't believe their lies, but file a crime report to get thesescammers legally held accountable and compensate customers for the financial losses what they criminal act is caused.
