I consolidated 3 packages, when I was going to pay it was another 45 dollars apart from what I had spent in the 3 orders. This was October 2019 and it was due to arrive in November 11. All they give me is a tracking number that my country's mail service cannot track and it's still in unknown state since then. I lost almost 300 dollars and I wrote to them to ask for a solution but they answered once, blaming my Mail Service. The second and third time they just won't even write back. It's May 2020 and still don't know anything about it!

Overcharging on cosilidating parcels despite $2 per each additional item and will charge no more than $10. Ive been quoted $15 to consolidate 4 parcels and $6 on a previous 2 item package. Which I didn't want doing till other items added and despite paying a ENORMOUS Shipping fee I wanted to pay fir everything the package hasn't been shipped 9 days later. When confronted about parcels delivered to them but still not showing in suite I was ignored but immediately answered over paid for shipping to them on package still not shipped. Claimed my package had been shipped day before ( after a week) yet 2 days later still on all tracking apps as label just created. Still no answer over other missing packages but yet my last item to turn up a xs bikini theyve declared the package size as something ridiculous like 8.5x5.5x4.5 hahaha that would fit a TV. Yet all other incoming packages before it declared 1x1x1 and lighter. Even heavy kitchenware!... total scam company now. Im about a Grand £ out of pocket now. Decided to treat myself at the cost of food thinking help me get thin but now looks like as usual will end up with nothing just been robbed. Tempted to book my next trave journey to Delaware and see how they deal with the people they Rob face to face! Utter scum. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE & I have screenshot proofs of their cost lies!
