Easy to sign up for course online. I wanted to lower our car insurance. The course worked great for me. I completed the course and it was sent automatically to my car insurance. I received the discount within 5 days. Mission accomplished.

Very easy to use the on line training service. Was able to finish in about 3 hours. Very educational, though, I thing the DMV could be made more aware of defensive driving in my local area. Just a thought...

I took this course at the advice of my insurance company, and I learned some new things since receiving my license over fifty years ago.

All theses extra fees are a gimmick, and I've never experienced having to pay overnight fees in the sum of almost $70.. Especially when I live in Houston. The option to be able to pick up the info if local should be available. It seems you take advantage of people who need the certification letter ASAP. I believe this is a sham to get around the state regulated price for the course. RIP OFF...

The course was surprisingly easy and enjoyable as much as these things can be. It was a common-sense approach and I'd definitely do it again.

I wish I had learned more strategy on how to be a better driver as apposed to advise about road rage.

I have taken several online defensive driving courses. This one is the easiest course to navigate, it has good content and a quirky and funny format. I finished it in one day.

The program was quick, the lessons weren't too difficult and I was able to get a discount on insurance. Worth it for the time I put in.

I've used IMPROV Traffic School before and found them to be the best overall experience after having the unfortunate experience of getting a speeding ticket. Best solution to making sure points stay off your driving record buy far! Super Easy, just pay, take the test, and relax, they do all the filing so you don't need to worry, as long as you take your test before the deadline and you pass of course, then your golden!

quick and easyI wasn't happy that I was done in four hours but had to stay on for six hours. Other than that it was fine. by the way I did watch all the videos

The man does not read all of the words. He skips words or adds some of his own words. If you want people to follow along have the man say all of the words printed.

Great, had issues logging in as a return customer. Ruth with customer service helped me get logged in and registered for my course.

You have to have different email addresses for yourself and your wife. So you have to set up a BS email account. They also want you to have access to a camera to verify your account. They don't tell you in advance. They were good at one time. They just lost 3 customers. They better refund my money.
