Extremely disappointed with this service, I sent my DNA test in January and have still have received nothing back. Not only that but I have now been charged a further £114 for an annual cost when i cannot get a reply regarding my DNA test. No updates or correspondence at all, I feel like they just want the money with no interest in providing a fair service. I would avoid and try elsewhere and am now raising a dispute with my bank.

Hoy he remitido, por "correo certificado con acuse de recibo", los dos kits con las pruebas (mía y de mi esposa).
Hasta el momento, a la espera de los resultados de la prueba, puedo decir que he sido atendido correctamente. Incluso hoy a través de la llamada de Naomi en respuesta a un mensaje mío.

Ville afmelde abonnement og ringede firmaet op. Umiddelbart lød det ikke somom budskabet gik igennem, da telefonen syntes afbrudt.

Jeg forberedte mig derfor på at skrive til My Heritage - og havde sendt besked afsted, da jeg senere på dagen blev ringet op, vi fik klaret, hvad der skulle klares, ovenikøbet får jeg refunderet indbetalt beløb- fin betjening

My heritage is a very great tool to find out our origin but one thing that I hope the customer support can improve is to provide an option for transgender both mtf/ftm to be able to choose our sex in our profile. Due to the misgiven informations led to technical error and its effects the procedure and so the result puts on hold. And that is a little bit disappointed as we (clients) expected to get the result within a timeframe given. I hope the management team will take this into account.

I'm their member since many years. They're always updating my tree with more and more people,, with interesting facts. They give me full support and they have good plans, but they only neither offer the option of keeping all the data in a flash drive nor printing it. I'm looking forward to that. Keep up the good services!

Helpful, knowledgeable and polite customer service; family tree builder is a great program with a lot of fun features and amazing assortment of options of how to present the information in various trees. Great matching capabilities. Search engine could use some improvement.

J'ai expérimenté plusieurs sites de généalogie
MY HERITAGE est pour moi le plus performant compte tenu de sa "convivialité", le nombre de notifications, la vérification des incohérences et la réponse rapide suite aux demandes d'aides à distance.
Il ne faut pas hésiter à le choisir!

Good but not perfect, paid almost 200 bucks per year and find the customer support is not efficient enough. Definitely a lot to work on.

While initially it was a bit hard to navigate the support site and get support via email rather than a phonecall it worked out well in the end. I was flustered by the phonecall and there was a misunderstanding. However thanks to a superb customer support rep I was given the service I wanted. I have no hesitation in using MyHeritage and will be recommending it to friends and family.

It's crazy when you first discover your DNA profile. I was so excited to confirm ethnicity I was aware of and to then discover the new ones! Now I have new DNA cousins all over the world! My Heritage is easy to understand once you your head comes down from the clouds. I have found the staff are friendly and helpful should you need support. I have since ordered two more kits for Christmas presents.

My credit card had been compromised so I needed to update my information. When trying to enter my account number to up date my information for billing, the system cut me off and disconnected. After four tries, I tried customer service and got through. The lady stayed with me and walked me through an somewhat confusing procedure to update my payment method.

Myheritage helpline person is very patient, helpful and always friendly. My favourite if I don't know why something is wrong and need help is via e-mail. I am so glad about getting advises to do all correct and this step by step.

I wanted to install FTB on my Mac to be able to work on my famility tree offline. My first attempt failed and I contacted support. I got excellent support and after a few iterations it became obvious that the main problems was the setup of my Mac with storage of the Document folder was on a cloud service. Fixing this everthing was fine. It would have been nice with error messages pointing in this direction during installation

Hello
Thank you for your assistance in solving my problem today, of cancellation, it was quick and efficient.
But I would welcome more support in managing my family tree. Also I would like to see the family tree more flexible, in that I could move boxes and change their sizes.
If I ever come back to the family tree I'll choose you.

Satisfied user for several years and recommend, however when rare problems do occur it takes too many days before someone replies to the issue posted. That being said, once customer service does contact you, the tech people are quick to diagnose and offer solution. Kudos to the My Heritage Customer Service team!

Sivusto on helppokäyttöinen ja tilaa on riittävästi documenteille. Osumista omiin profiileihini tarkistan aina paikkansapitävyyden, joten puuni täyttää hyvän sukututkimuksen kriteerit. Hinta/vuosi on kova, mutta olen saanut myös hyviä tarjouksia, joita eläkeläisenä hyödynnän. Myös tallennustilaa olen saanut pyynnöstä lisää. MH: n käännössysteemi vaatisi parannuksen.

I have had a number of issues with MyHeritage in the recent past, the principal one relating to the message to check that you're not a Robot, and then just repeating after you go through the Recaptcha routine. After an initial delay in responding within the promised time (understandable in these lockdown times), I was informed the issue was resolved, only for it to recur. I raised the issue once more, and it now seems to have been quickly resolved, along with a number of other issues that I had raised.

I recently experienced a problem on My Heritage trying to use the Relationship Report function. When I reported it via the My Heritage help line I was quickly contacted by Nir who sorted out the reason very quickly, namely an issue with the numbers on my tree

Nir has now sent me a fix through Family Tree Builder and when I get a chance to upload it and it works, I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars.

I use the DNA kit and family tree on MyHeritage. I have found them pleasant to deal with and were very helpful. Wish their prices would be more affordable though.

I ordered a genetic test and everything was fine. I received the information and i am satisfied with it. Their were always in touch and answered my questions, even helped me solve some problems with the shipment. But the problems started when I ordered health reports for an additional fee. I haven`t received those reports for a long time and no one responded to my inquiries (I also wrote to additional e-mails that i found on the internet like rafael, nikolina, etc.). Now i have these reports,but it took much longer to get them than the page says and for a long time I didn't know what was going on and how long I would have to wait

I had an issue with a file I could not find after not using the software for some years. The support service has been great trying to help in every possible way. Even if the lost file could'nt be found, I have been satisfied by the involvement of the the three persons that handled my issue. They also offered a free backup service as a compensation. Greatly satisfying support service.
