A FRAUD! Our experience with MyGlobalFlowers in Spain has been a total FRAUD.

We regret not having read the reviews on TRUSTPILOT and GOOGLE before purchasing from them: believe the reviews from everyone else! MyGlobalFlowers operates a completely FRAUDULENT SYSTEM, RIPPING OFF every one of their customers by exchanging CHEAP ALTERNATIVES for the more expensive items paid for. As evidence here and all over the internet, they have been REPEATEDLY caught out, reported and exposed, and yet they continue OPERATING IN AN ILLICIT WAY.

Not only do the products they offer on their website not come close to the quality or freshness that would be expected from a professional operation, their bouquets also look NOTHING LIKE what they offer in their catalogue, nor do they include the same number or blooms nor blooms of equal value, and yet their prices are inflated by 70% over purchases made locally.

They will say that "some" substitutions had to be made to an order depending on availability, but NOTHING we paid for on is remotely similar to what was delivered. EVEN THE CHOCOLATES! Did the chocolates have to be substituted for INFERIOR ITEMS due to availability?! And without any warning, acknowledgement, taking responsibility or offered reimbursement, refund or replacement?!

Of the 8 types of flowers in our selected bouquet, only two were delivered in a bouquet for which we paid €135; we have found THE SAME bouquet at a local vendor for €35.

MyGlobalFlowers are A TOTAL FRAUD. And the behaviour of their 'Customer Relation Manager' takes their arrogance and ineptitude to the next level. An apparently American woman speaking terrible Spanish, blindly repeating that the flowers are fresh and that the bouquet was delivered on time, which is her only mission.

We didn't pay for "just any bouquet" to be delivered and even the flowers delivered were OBVIOUSLY NOT FRESH, aside from not matching the order. Deliver a totally different bouquet to the one you are earning 80%? Full of unwanted flowers? Chosen arbitrarily without consulting the client? Without asking if the flowers they have chosen are harmful to the customer's health?

Such behaviour is not only ARROGANT and FRAUDULENT but DANGEROUS.

To top it off, the message they present on the website in terms of dissatisfaction does not apply to bouquets that THEY consider to be fresh. Who says? What's the standard? Not clear, but apparently the "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" DOES NOT APPLY TO A BOUQUET THEY CHARGE €135 FOR.

Why offer a "guarantee" at all if what counts is that the company is satisfied with COMMITTING FRAUD?

And if you complain they'll offer a 15% refund to make you go away and the GHOST you, refusing to pay or respond. Customer Client Manager AB has no arguments to defend the FRAUD.

I invite all those customers who have had a similar experience to report this MyGlobalFlowers. This SHAM COMPANY is ripping off customers INTERNATIONALLY and driving honest, local florists out of business by undercutting them with FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.

Tip for consumers:

Avoid at all costs.
