Very bad quality of product and very expensive. Don't ever buy from here. The teddy they showed was very nice but sent a cheap 100 rupee teddy and charged 1900 for that teddy and rose bouquet.
Disgusting.

Report Myflowerapp to cyber police. They are taking money from people and playing with people's emotions on precious occasions. I ordered cake for my daughter on her anniversary and didn't get anything. Please report this app so that other people will not face same problem in future.

Fraud company

My dad ordered orchids for my brother in the occasion of his anniversary. But till date the order has not been delivered. The app has no telephone numbers and neither do they reply back to queries. One must report them to cyber police as they are duping people. Big time fraudsters. Stay away from these scamsters. I would have given them a minus rating.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with myflowerapp.com I placed an order for a cake on 10th of Aug, with the expectation of celebrating a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, they failed to deliver the cake on the scheduled date, causing significant inconvenience and disappointment. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, there was no response or explanation for the delay.

Even worse, when I requested a refund for the undelivered cake, this company continued to be unresponsive and uncooperative. They not only failed to refund my money but also demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and ethical business practices throughout this ordeal.

I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the unreliability and unethical behavior. It is essential to exercise caution when considering their services, as they have shown a blatant disregard for their customers' trust and satisfaction.

Worst experience

These people taken my order before 3 days itself And shown in website if you are giving pincode it shows whether able to deliver or not.On the day of occasion they passed me message cannot deliver and they given coupon code in place of refund.But that coupon also not valid.Done so many followups and they are not even replaying after 3 mails.They are doing biggest fraud activity.Dont order from here.

Pathetic service, they are fraud. No customer care no refund. I got bouquet next day 10 pm and it was of very cheap quality. Not worth. I tried to reach CC for timely delivery but no response from CC. Don't order from myflowerapp

I've had by far the worst experience of ordering a cake online. Firstly, they cancelled on my order in the last minute and I couldn't send a gift to a loved one. Instead of apologising they proceeded to be rude to me on the call. Their so called refund was to put my money in my wallet, in their app. My advise for you ppl is that before you sell things online, learn to treat your customers the right way. I witnessed the absolute worst! I request my fellow online-shoppers out there to take your time to read reviews before you order from cheap clowns like these.

Literally scammed me. No delivery and they keep ignoring my emails and calls. All their contact numbers are closed and probably fake. Avoid ordering from them. I ordered a cake and chocolates they have accepted the order and also received the money fully. But they have not delivered cake and chocolate because of no valid reason. But the main part is they won't answer the calls after that and won't return the money back. Worst site is ever seen.

I ordered cake and flower combo to give a birthday surprise for my loved one. I was quite excited to do so. I was waiting for order to be delivered. They promised to deliver the order in midnight but at the last moment they denied to deliver the order. They also charged extra for midnight delivery. When i asked to refund the money than they refunded money in form of coupon code. When I denied to accept the coupon code, as my experience is worst with the services so I am not going to use it's services in future, they denied to refund money in my account.

Don't ever arrange any surprise for your loved one from this website. They will spoil it.

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's birthday.one day before the function,they called me and told me my order is canceled because they closed their branch near my place then immediately cut the call.i was going to ask about refund.but they cut the call and I tried soo many times calling that number but they didn't take call.then i texted to that number asking my refund.all the messages were seen but they didn't reply at all.I lost all my money.such a fraud people.please don't fall for their scam.

Disappointed

I ordered a mixed rose flower bouquet for mothers day. My mother got it on time and was happy but what she received was just red roses,not mixed and there was no vase for which I paid extra. The delivery guy took a photo of my parents telling them I asked for it which mainly disappoint me because I never asked for it. I really hope they are not going to misuse it.

Please note the vase in the photo is ours,my mother just put the bouquet in the vase.

I happened to use this website twice. First time, they took extra charge to deliver the same day and they delivered after 2 days.

2nd time, they didn't deliver at all. And no reply to the emails or chats after trying 5 times and finally someone in the chat sent a message that my order was cancelled and it is added to my flowerapp account.

No reason or email of this cancellation. I asked to refund to my back account and not to app. But no reply.

So guys, If u don't want to lose money, do not use this site. They are pathetic.

The worst service - paid extra for same day delivery / the flowers and the cakes were deliverd one day after the birthday! We also ordered balloons - and a packet of balloons was delivered:-)

I have ordered a "Small Roses Bunch" on 23 June 2023, but after few hours I recieved a phone call from MyFlowerApp stating that they were not able to deliver the product. One day later they provided a coupon code. So I ordered a "Succulent Plant" on 27 June 2023 using coupon code, and which was to delivered on 1 July 2023, but still I'm waiting. While status is showing "COURIER". I have emailed MyFlowerApp 12 times, but failed to get proper resposne, except few positive words.

I'm taking suggestions from some leagal advisors.

This delivery was a total disaster.
1. I had booked the Peach Promise Bouquet which costs Rs. 849. Instead I received some different flowers that was not my order.
2. I had paid an extra Rs. 549 to double the flowers. This was not fulfilled, however they charged me for it.
3. I paid an extra fixed time delivery charge of Rs. 195. This order was delivered at the wrong time at 4pm instead of 9pm.

Since there is no contact number provided, only an e-mail which does not respond.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered 1 cake and some chocolates 2 day before the occasion, they will accept my order and they will confirm my order and i paid, but I didn't get my order, and they sent message in occasion day your order is cancelled you will get refund. But till now they will not done any refund, Please don't make any order from this cheating company.

They cancel your order in the first place. Flowers and cakes are meant for special occasions/days, it is not something that could be reordered and delivered on some other day of their convenience. After canceling your order, instead of giving you a refund they give you a refund voucher code (an alternative for wallet cash). Worst part is when you try to use the voucher code for a purchase again with the exact same amount, it shows INVALID voucher. The customer service which is PATHETIC, then asks us to make an order for a bigger amount so as to make the voucher code valid. This one of the biggest scams I've ever faced.

We had ordered for sugar free cake from their website to be delivered for an occasion, since the customer is diabetic, however, they said on the day of delivery they don't have sugar free cakes. And that we should let them send a normal cake. So obviously we said that since the customer is diabetic and on insulin, we need sugar free cake only, and that was promised and is in the order receipt as well. So they said they can only give us store credit, which is ridiculous, since we only required sugar free cake as per the order which they don't have. Later, they said ok, that they will refund the money, however, till date we have not received any refund and no communication from the company. They do not answer phones, and are not reachable. It is disappointing how such a company is still allowed to function in this country. In any other country this would have been shut down a long time ago. Just disappointing.
