What a croc of $#*!. Do NOT use this company whatsoever. Only used it for a trial, and cancelled/removed my information within days of starting, they then had the audacity to email me a month later saying "here's your invoice" to which I replied not once, but twice, saying I didn't want their service. I received no response to those emails, and today I got charged 25.00 for literally no reason by them, essentially almost 2 months after the trial. Also, they didn't attempt a charge when they sent an invoice a month ago, so the fact they're auto-charging now is kind of ridiculous? To go back to my point before, I had cancelled and removed my payment information during the trial due to personal reasons, so they shouldn't even have had my information to begin with, but then to attempt to invoice me for a month, and then flat out charge me the next without notice?
Spoke with your unhelpful Live Chat, and although they gave me "confirmation" it's been cancelled, I don't trust it, for obvious reasons. Then they said we'll get our money back within 10 business days even though they've had not one, not two but THREE different times showing that I didn't want the service. Why is this? Oh, because they don't read their emails. Literally this is what I was told (and blamed for):

So what's the point of your email system? A simple "please contact us via Live Chat or Phone" response to my email would've sufficed in DECEMBER. Oh and when I brought up that they could've just said this? This was their response:

I'm sorry, but what "other options"? I specifically told this company I didn't want or need their service following my cancellation during the trial. Regardless, this company blames the consumer for charges then makes them wait up to 10 business days to get their money they shouldn't have lost in the first place. DO NOT USE MYFAX, they are a TRAP.
Tl; dr: I got blamed by their customer service because I cancelled the trial before it was up, got invoiced (email) for a month, didn't pay it but instead sent them TWO EMAILS saying I didn't need their product, then got auto-charged 25.00 for their service because I "didn't reach out by phone or Live Chat, because I sent emails"? Absolute garbage. The guy literally confirmed IN OUR LIVE CHAT that two emails were sent! Why wasn't the billing department paying attention? Because they're scamming people!
Edit: Woke up today (less than 24 hours later) to find that the review above I posted on their Facebook was commented on but then REMOVED by their team. THEY TAILOR THEIR REVIEWS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Run. Don't use this service. You'd be better off finding a local fax machine. It's completely not-user friendly and they attempt to charge for services you never used. They apparently tailor their reviews online. Do not fall for their scam.
