The worst Dentist's ever and at 63 I've been to quite a few; both Dr. Benjamin (Dr. Ben) Gilbert and Dr. La Chandra Akins do shoddy work. Dr. Ben, rushed through my Root Canal when the numbing agent wore off, my tooth was left so jagged, it jabbed into my tongue and inner cheek; every time l moved my mouth to speak, it cut into my skin. The procedure was on Sat., office closed till Tues. So l literally had to take an Emory Board and file my tooth down to get relief. I decided to use Dr. Aikers, the next in-office Dr. from then on; she has a nice bedside manner but her work was horrible too (see pics). She took 5 hours to put on the new crown, then cracked it, then put the old temp crown back on; the pic is the end result of the filed down old crown, put in my mouth which popped out the very next day. I reported them to my Met Life insurance co. To get a refund, they have ignored the request to turn over my records. BEWARE - Dr. Gilbert has (2) locations (1 Wilson Ave.), (1229 Quintilio Dr.) Reporting to BBB and more...

Tip for consumers:
Not a site must make an office visit. Extremely long wait and service times. Then after all the waiting, they do shoddy work. I am warning people to stay away and not make the same mistake. I asked for a refund via Met LIfe so I could get the work corrected and done properly. They refuse to cooperate and will not send my medical records.
