Oh yeah, we tried to get coverage for our amplifier speaker unit, that is non functional and we had no way to give all the information because your site did not offer the appropriate ability to put the correct numbers in.

I find it annoying that one can't return items even when it says so in description. Instead Lightinabox offer inadequate voucher compensation. For an unusable clothing item, they offered less than 50% money back. After a lot of emails, I eventually got the dress 100% compensated but the jumper only 60% - and only in vouchers, not my money back. So after two bad experiences, I still have to order items if I want to use MY money.

The only complaint is that I made a specific request in the "notes" section of my order that provided my front door code and the instructions to leave the package by my apartment unit door INSIDE the building. The package was left outside on the sidewalk. Fortunately, I received an immediate update that it had been delivered, so I was able to quickly retrieve my package sitting on the steps outdoors.
