I purchased 9 phone cases from my custom case. The first 8 were very nicely done. The last one, not so much. When I tried to get them to make it right, the customer service was simply awful. Very disappointing because I had been a loyal customer. Not anymore.

Poor everything!

Previous customer, ordered more cases that unfortunately were delivered with very dark photos. Rep would not help, just said that's how I ordered them. I've attached screen shots from their web site and the actual case. You decide for yourself.

Worst Experience
August 9, 2018

I ordered a case for my mother for her birthday and currently a month out from order and no case. Every time I call it is some excuse. Current excuse is they don't have the cases to print on and no idea when they will get more. Really a company who prints these cases has no idea when they will get more? Save your money and go elsewhere! This company is worthless!

Great care

Biggest thing I find with ordering online is when you mess up personally, the company still helps you out, Customer service was fantastic! Even if I couldn't get a case because my phone is not a style they have. Everything was quick and I am happy with my service.

Over night delivery of $20 came in ten days; when it did arrive finally, the case was not glued on properly - falling apart, looked cheap - appeared to look like made by teenagers in a garage... not very satisfied at all... This was supposed to be a fun loving gifts for holidays instead it turned out to be a waste of time. Do think before ordering!

IPad Folio

First case received monogram not even centered. Replacement folio monogram not centered and inside plastic holder not glued. Case doesn't automatically shut off iPad either. Will never buy again. Finally was refunded though. Garbage product

Horrible Customer Service - the first iPhone case ordered came damaged, chipped, blotchy, discolored and with scratches. Customer Service said one thing and did another. Didn't give me options for replacing or refunding the case and without my consent went ahead and sent the order to be reprinted. When I told them that I didn't want that done they said there was no way they could Cancel the Print. Ha are you kidding me?! They kept giving me ridiculous answers. When I asked for a supervisor, they said they could not put me in touch with one and that I would have to call back to reach one. When I did, the Supervisor/Manager played like she was sorry for all the hassles and offered me a measly 5% off of my next order. This company does NOT value customers at all, don't order anything from them! Now almost 2 months since the order was placed I still don't have a case that I like. Don't waste your time or $$ on any of their products, you will be disappointed, dissatisfied, and you will not be treated with respect as a customer. This company does not know what Customer Service Care even means! Horrible Service! It doesn't get any worse than this. Stay Away!

Poor service

I ordered 2 items about a year ago and things were fine. I recently ordered a case for an iPad. I was told 3-5 business days to ship. Each time time I checked the order status said shipping today. On a live chat I was told they would contact the print vendor to see what the holdup was. Two days later they never got back to me. When I called I was told they never heard from the print vendor. Their service has gone downhill. I asked for my money back. I better get it.

Update: I did receive the refund.

I ordered a custom phone case for my iPhone and it came promptly in the mail. However, it was defective. I. e. The sides were a different color than the front. It was supposed to be navy and the sides looked gray almost like it was faded from sunlight. When I contacted customer service, I was told to send pictures and they would forward them onto their quality inspector. That was my first sense that I would be getting the runaround. Huey explained due to the heat transfer process, there could be a dappled effect and that my case wasn't "bad enough" to warrant a redo of the order. Who are they to say it wasn't bad enough? I'm the customer and if I'm not happy with the $45 dollar case I bought, then that should be enough. I am returning the case and taking my money to one of the other gazillion companies that make custom iphone cases.
