I bought a "Slim" custom case with an uploaded photo for my new Galaxy S21. I was happy with how it looked, but I quickly noticed it did not fit and came off easily around the corner where the camera is. I thought it would settle into place over time, but 6 weeks after placing the order the cheap material gave way and snapped. Will not buy again.
I got the email saying that my case was shipped. I clicked on tracking and it tells me that I have to add cookies to my phone. This is a brand new phone. I'm not going to do that. So I went in to sign in my account with them. It told me my email doesn't exist. Are you serious? I am upset with myself that I didn't read the reviews first before ordering. This company seems to be shady, scammers & fraud. Watch your credit card that you used for the purchase. I looked at mine and there is a foreign fee on there for $1.16. I have no idea what that is. I have to call the bank tomorrow on it. Stay away from this company. Once I get my cover I might be doing another review. BEWARE!
It's very unfortunate to pay for something custom made and personal, only to have it be a total disappointment upon arrival. I personally feel cheated. I ordered an iPad case, when I opened the package the case looked nothing like the pic I ordered from but the worst thing of all was the cover does not fit my iPad. This company should be ashamed of themselves and the should change there logo to... we are guarantee you will be disappointed with us. There was not any receipt or bill. I am so DISAPPOINTED
I ordered a case for my new iPhone 12 Max Pro, customized with a picture and text. It arrived a few days later looking exactly as I ordered. The case fits perfectly. I am extremely pleased with how it looks, how quickly it arrived, and hope it wears well. It's gorgeous.
For years we have been buying iPad cases here, always fine, worked properly putting the device to sleep like Apple designed. Not anymore. I have had a tiring Facebook dialog with them because their customer "service" dept blew me off several times by email and phone. After trying to explain they didn't work and them saying things are correct, I took my new iPad Air cover to Apple who verified there are no magnets in the cover to put it to sleep. They have lied, mislead and now produce an inferior product. IPad battery life is iffy enough without this cover not working. Their last post finally admitted they removed them. Why? Don't buy!
My experience was terrible. I ordered from them, specifying the particular model of iPad I have. What was delivered did not fit! Not even very close. Whoever is pulling items to fulfill orders must be clueless. No credit refund either. Take your business elsewhere!
I placed an order for a custom case... got a confirmation after approval that it was shipped... kept waiting and finally called to check and no one could tell me why it had not shipped... had to call again to find out the case was out of stock... told me i could chance from case i selected... canvas back case... What? How would that even stay clean? Or protect? Would not recommend this company! Getting a refund... will see how well that goes!
We purchased a case from them as a birthday gift. The case was two pieces and the personalized one was great but the rubber case that went over the phone was for a different case and phone type. When we contacted customer care they said we must have ordered the wrong case (even though they repeated it was for an iPhone 8 plus) and they would give us 50% of our next order. I would recommend this company to anyone!
I have had 6 of the cases... ordered 2 at 3 different times, each time my wife and I changed phones. EVERY on of them cracked and pieces broke away. I have had the latest 2 cases for 11 months and they are so broken they no longer will stay on the rubber sleeve that is part of the case. They started showing cracks soon after I had them. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered a discount if I reordered but did not agree to replace. Anyone wanting to know more I'm happy to reply. The cases are just not well made. The photo is very nice but when a piece fall off they are of no use.
My case is only a few months old and 3 of the 4 corners have cracked off. Really cute - horrible quality.
The image quality was decent, hence giving 2 stars, but the case quality was absolute s**t. The plastic part of the case completely broke in only 5 months letting my phone fall out. They offer a 90 day warranty but nothing on workmanship.
Waited a month for my case, I was pretty excited. It looked good when I got it, only they sent me the wrong case (ordered a Note 10+ case and got an S10 case) and when I tried to follow up with them, I got no word back.
They ripped me off and won't own up to it. You'll do yourself a favour by avoiding this company.
I had heard great things about this company, so I went and looked at their products for my new ipad mini 5. I got a case with two pictures, one on the front, the other on the back. It turned out beautiful but, the way it came packaged, just awful. A cheap cardboard box like packaging and wrapped in brown paper. For the cost of the item, over $50, I'd expect more. But, the product turned out beautiful so that's why I took two stars away. For the packaging of it.
Cheap mass produced rubbish from China. No leather in the product whatsoever. They take your money and run. CustomCase is a fraud. They advertise they are a USA company in British Columbia selling leather products, they are a chinese one man band selling plastic phone cases and defrauding everyone. You will NOT get your money back.
I ordered an iPhone case customized with my own pic. When I entered this pic online I checked it twice as there was a front and back version. When received only one side was printed. When I complained, they stated it was my fault that I only uploaded half. This I knew not to be true as I checked it. They offered to do it again at 50% off. WHAT? You couldnt do it right for the full price! And oh they sent me two opportunities to give them (customer service) a good rating.
Ordered a case for my iPad Pro, when case came it would not fit around all corners of iPad. When I called customer service they had me send them pictures of the issue, told me they would pass it onto quality control and get back in touch with me. Almost two weeks later and not one word from them. I will never do business with them again, and would highly recommend that no one else purchase merchandise from them.
The case is a stock case- nothing custom, no pictures or monogram or anything - the wrong size came and they will not exchange it, unless we pay 27$ more than the previous 40$. Will check reviews 1st next time- since they are all bad that I have found. Any reputable company would exchange -
I've purchased 3 phone cases from MyCustomCase and they've all been perfect. They've all been the same image, but the cases were all different sizes. I was quite sceptical ordering a 6S Plus case with the same image, thinking it may stretch and be weirdly printed, but it arrived today and is spectacular.
The only advice I can give is to upload as HQ of a photo as you can possibly find in order to avoid any print issues.
I ordered and received an ipad case which turned out terrible. Several of the pictures have smudges and the case has a horrible smell to it which has not gone away. It smells like gasoline and something else that is ungodly. When I reached out to customer service their only response was that "some cases do receive that odor." Great, thanks for sending me a product that you knew might reek and thanks for not responding to all my concerns. No response was provided regarding the smudged pictures. Terrible product and company. Will NEVER order from them again.
