I am very pleased with ust tech support, I have been with them a while now, and they take care of all my computer needs. They are fast, efficient, spectacular in their work, and I like how they keep my computer safe. I highley recommed them.And I like the new survey.

Did as always great job done with speed most helpful. Why do I need to enter 100 letters when I can say what I want in less. Have you become part of the federal government

Just a quick suggestion. When asking for the review I would prefer if it was asked a day or so after doing your work so as to have time to find out how well my computer is actually working.

I recently had my computer worked on by a Technician, Jeremy. He was great! This company has friendly, courteous and professional Techs to help out, with any of my computer needs!

I originally had a blue screen error, which i tried to fix by researching possible solutions. They helped me resolve my internet connection problems, without having to factory default it.

They were great in solving my problem. I know that it is very hard working with a 77 year old who really does not understand computers,. They are great.

They always resolve any problem I had. Very professional, friendly personal and so easy to deal with
Have used them for many years and find this service very reasonable

Problem not totally solved put I can print from the lap top now. Going to have to call net gear and find a solution to fix wireless printing capabilities.

IT SAID I HAD 650 ISSUES MY COMPUTER WAS JUST SET TO OUT OF BOX CONDITION!
IF YOU DOWN LOAD IT ITS HARD TO GET RID OF! BUYER BEWARE!

My computer was taking forever to boot up and opening programs was slow. Ravi Kumar the technician solved my problems in no time. Thanks US Tech support JF

So many problems after installing Windows 10 on my Windows 7 pc. But now they are all gone. No more hassles trying to do the things I do and all my drivers work as well. Great value. Thankyou.

Great service my computer was running really slow I called tech support. They fixed the problems. They took time to get rid of the Spy Ware. My computer runs like new

After several days and three or four different phone techs one which was Jose. He finally understood and got me through this mess. You should give Jose a great big pat on the back and big raise.

The technical support I received was effective and efficient. I do not understand why there is a character number requirement, I have nothing further to say.

We called as we were on a suspicious call that was helping us on our computer problem, only they gave me a ticket number & I called UST123 to see if that was in fact a real ticket they were working on NOW. They said no and walked me through how to safely get them out of my computer, the technician who helped was Jason and he was knowledgeable, patient and kind - peace of mind!

Anytime I have a problem it is always resolved. I have been lucky I guess that it was Tony 171 i think again. Great TECH and hope that is who I deal with all the time. Hope all the Techs can follow in is steps. THANKS AGAIN for your support.
