NO stars!
On Thursday, May 14th I received a confirmed email from carsco.com for a pick up at the LaGuardia Airport from Flight 432, Jet Blue at 8:13pm. During the conversation with the dispatcher, I questioned him about delays or early arrivals and he assured me that if the plane was delayed or early they monitor the flights updates on arrivals and departures.
Last night, Thursday May 14th, the plane came in 15 minutes early. My first call was at 7:47 pm to *******747 to let Sean the dispatcher know I had just landed. He told me the driver was in a black SUV Ford Explorer # 5007 and that I was to cross the median at the light (at which time I told him there was more than one light) and I would see him. But he assured me that LaGuardia was a small pickup airport and I would see him.
There was over 30 black SUVs but there was no driver with a number 5007. I was never told of an exact location. I walked up and down looking for the car. Where the majority of cars had names of their passengers, there were also just as many that did not so I had no idea where the driver was. I then called back to inquire where the driver was parked. Sean did not give me an exact location. I told him where I was standing by Pickup JetBlue sign. After being on hold constantly, he would either come back on the line, He then told me to hang up and the driver would call me but that never happened. I had to call Sean again. After a considerable amount of time I moved again to the only other median I informed Sean of my new location and my dress, there was still no car.
After I moved to the other median called the dispatcher again and told informed him of my new location, he assured he was there. I told him to have the driver beep 5 times but doing a 360 degrees search, no one came out of the car, and no one beeped 5 times. Again I told Sean where I was, what I looked like, what I was wearing. After time went by and I was standing there alone while one after another passenger was picked up, I finally admitted to myself there was no one there.
I called back at 9:04pm to tell him I had moved to the taxi line. Since there is only one taxi line, he would easily see me. Since I was repeatedly being told he was in the terminal, if he did not pick me up in five minutes. I was going to take a taxi. Sean reassured me, "He will be there in a few minutes, he has a few cars in front of him. " After the five minutes, I waited a few more minutes in the last ditch hope it would take him a few minutes to circle the airport. No one came. I hung up and I moved to the taxi line still looking. Carsco never called back to say the driver was there. I took a cab home and had to make him stop at an ATM so I could pay him $180.00, which I have documented.

This incident was one of the most despicable, irresponsible, frightening experiences I have endured in a long time. I am 63 years old, returning from visiting from 3 neurosurgeons for pain in my lower back. I stood there alone, frightened, cold, my leg and back in excruciating pain (which can be documented as well), and I was abandoned at an airport in NY. I had no one to call to get me that is why I had to get a cab. They could have saved me a lot of pain and suffering if Sean had just admitted there was no one there for me. I then would have not arrived home at 11:00 pm, 3 hours later.
