Update: I still have not received my refund as of 5/9/2022

I struggled a lot with my SPSS work so I came to this site after finding the first site I was using was a bit too pricey. Initially I was drawn in with the reward of signing up and getting $20 in your wallet but what they lack to tell you is that you cannot use it on your first order. I also spoke to someone in the chat beforehand to get some more info and was told depending on my word count for my work would be around the $40 range (I also did specify to them that it was SPSS work I needed help with). So I immediate saw this as an opportunity to get the help I needed.

Upon sending in my work, I was asked to pay $59 so I did, but then on my bill says I would have to pay an additional $59 to "finish my work." Seeing that I asked the person if that was accurate and if so if I could cancel my order, but I was assured I would get my moneys worth. I was hesitant, but also desperate for this grade so I caved.

I got my work on time, paid my highly unnecessary $118, and checked over it to see it was only 50% completed. I copied my instructions over from my canvas and even went into further detail via the text with the person doing my work and still received work that wasn't complete and riddled with grammatical errors. Beyond frustrated at this point I fixed the grammar issues myself, kept the original math from this company and found help for the second part of my work through someone else.

I expressed my distaste for my work only being 50% and all I was offered was some unfortunate cheap apology and the offer to fix it. At this point I had already turned in my fixed work and only asked for a refund, to which they only offered me a 20% refund, which roughly accumulates to about $20. Don't use this site, be smarter than me.

P.S. I just got my grade back and the points I got deducted off were from the math that I included from My Assignment Help.

OH! They also said that they tried to call me, but the only phone calls I received were from Iowa, were labeled as a spam caller on my phone, and only received between the hours of 10pm - 11pm. So, no I wasn't answering those phone calls.

Please do not trust these people they are bunch of scam. I recently got trapped due to tense mond set I gave them my money. No assesment delivered no body responds. They have fake Australian mobile numbers. They have fake Call centre number. They are scewing people. Do not trust and pay them. I really wish to take it further and will report it further

I got 4-5 assignments done from them and 2 online exams also. Because I didn't get the grades of previous assignments and online exam that's why I opted to do more assignments. In all of the assignments, I got scores ranging from 50-60. You CANNOT rely upon them for the online exam. Their overall system is slow. First, you post the questions then they upload the answers and you download and mark the answers. Time-consuming process. That is why I failed my midterm exam and got only 50 percent marks in the final exam. DO NOT GO FOR THIS WEBSITE. Go for a person who can provide you with answers on the phone or WhatsApp. There are a lot of other media through which answers can be shared quickly. My order IDs are *******, *******,*******,*******,******* and *******. Upon asking that you were unable to provide answers to all the questions they do not refund your money.

The answer was delivered on time but I don't think myassigmenthelp.com is the best place to buy your engineering task answers. They got the answer wrong 2 times and used same sources that I previously used whilst struggling with the assigment. Perhaps myassigmenthelp.com is better for language, business, teacher etc. students. Aka for fields that require long as essays. But for physics / math based fields where you pretty much just want to now the equation for your problem I don't think its worth honestly. I found the answer by myself after they fkd up it twice. I'm not bothering on asking for refund even tough it costed me 18€. I think that this was a valuable life lesson and they have a great customer support.

This site I have used a few times and despite they delivered my assignment on time always the quality of the work is poor. I have literally gained low marks on my assignment. When contact for a refund they point to their refund policy about the need to make a claim within one month of the release assignment, although I told them my marks was release after one month. They refused to refund or help. STAY AWAY!

Consumer service is relatively good, u got response immediately. But the quality of work is not as expected, got a so called expert working on my assignment that is due is 24 hours.
