Well that takes even longer because you have to keep repeating yourself and they stay treating you like an idiot. The steps to change plans makes everything so much harder to do. They make you make a whole new account and that takes a day or two and then you lose access to your online information and then suddenly you are overdue on the new plan's payment and it is all your fault.

Tryto call out and nothing happens a lot. We live in the country and signal is very weak. Seriously thinking of switching back to verizon
