First: The printing was terrible. My picture is in a black background, but the canvas shows a lot of white spots and in large areas, making it extra obvious. Second: The corners of the printing do not align with the wooden frame underneath the canvas, showing a lot of white edges on the sides, which again makes it looks exceptionally obvious with a photo with black background. I got 2 orders from them. And the second one just got in today. Same problems apply. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend or use them EVER AGAIN

Ordered 2 canvases on here before for christmas and they came fine, decent quality at a cheap price. Went to order a photobook, spent hours designing the whole thing only to find it wouldn't let me save what I had done no matter what I tried. Attempted 3 times to contact them on the chat feature on the website but every time was told there are 'no agents available'. Emailed them but received no reply. When I went back on the website it had unfortunately reloaded and I lost all of my work. 64 images and text on every page. Would only recommend for the canvas prints and only if you are putting one simple image on them, otherwise website is bad and customer service is nonexistent.

I ordered a picture of a dog and its name above canvas 30mm x 40mm 4mm frame when it arrived they had enlarged the photo which lost part of the name and also cropped the paws I therefore contacted yourselves and was just pushed aside with excuses not how to put things right I feel that its unacceptable behaviour I was prepared to pay extra if needed but was once again refused as it's not possible to adjust previous pictures

So after I moaned and moaned, I finally got contacted by customer service. In all fairness, they offered to send me a replacement photo and gave me a code for a freebie, which I was rather impressed with.

Would you believe it BUT THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED BENT AND MISSHAPEN. I've now emailed them again 3 times and have had no reply. What the actual heck.

The problem is with with packaging. They seal around the photo frame well enough but not the edges. By the time it's travelled through the courier service it has been pummelled and shoved and damaged. They need to provide better padding around the the edges of the picture and not just around it. The edges are left vulnerable and will inevitably get damaged in transit.

Disappointed. Again.

Terrible customer service, bent and misshapen photo

The order was received within 10 days, which I was okay with. The website looks as though it is local but it is actually travelling from Germany. By the time the frame arrived it was battered and bent out of shape. I spent nearly £100 on it and I was intending on giving this as a gift, but I am actually too embarrassed to do so.

I contacted the company 5 times in total and all they have done is send me a generic reply asking for photos - despite my original emails actually containing photos of the damage! Not one personal reply received and I'm out of money for this present and stuck with a huge frame that is too battered to hang up.

DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is not existent and the frames are battered to the point of ridiculousness. Unless you want to just waste your hard earned cash, in which case, go ahead. Frankly, I'm appalled at this company and their lack of integrity. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered twice and both time I had to chase my order. I have paid when I have placed an order and when I was after few weeks emailing where is my order they said my order is invalid because I have not paid! I sent confirmation of my payment and then they processed my order! Twice I have ordered something as a gift for someone and of course was late with the gift! Not happy with the system at all

If I had not put a review on SiteJabber I would have been ignored by this company. They now want me to remove my review. Well I'm sorry My-picture, the review stays. Yes they did eventually send me another canvass and it was slightly better than the first, but still not great. For that reason I have given them one more star, so you decide.

The pictures I uploaded were much better than the quality on the canvas I received. Canvases have come out quite dark, whereas the pictures I uploaded had areas clearly defined. I shan't be using this company again. Back to CanvusRus.

I ordered a canvas print from them. While the quality of the printing is good, the canvas was loose and they refused to deal with the matter, even after I sent them images of the problem.

They DO NOT tell customers plainly on the front page that you have to assemble your canvas photo frame yourself.
You are sent a cheap wooden frame that just slots together.
You are expected to have a proper staple gun.
They issue cheap plastic wedges to help stretch the canvas.

Waste of money.

Okay so I made an order about 4 days ago and after reading the reviews i'm only really scared of my order not being delivered for weeks. As for having to assemble them yourself i have 2 comments on that.
1) I can understand that would be really inconvenient for customers who have printed photo's of family and friends to put on their wall. I, however, think it'll be pretty neat having to make my own canvas of my photography work. It'll make it seem a bit more personal to me.
2) For the price they're offering how can you really complain anyway?

I'm definitely not rating this site very highly and as i said i'm very concerned with the delivery time and hope this isn't a problem for me as it was for others.

Encouraged by the offer and because my daughter had just married I put in a large order for some canvas prints. When they arrived the standard was so dissppointing that I cried. I wrote and complained to the company, going as far to print out on canvas paper in the A4 size on my domestic printer copies as compared to their poor washouted out attempts mine were crisp, clear and strong in colour. They said I had uploaded the photos in the incorrect format - so why did their site not block that order and then tell me to re submit. Failing that when they printed four of each pictures surely after one print it was obvious to anyone that this was not professional quality but a tranvisty. I complained on 3 or 4 occassions and they refused to budge from their point of view it was my error and cheekily offered me 30% discount on my next order as good will gesture - the orginal offer I bought on was 80% off - as though I would again use a company that has such obvious failures in their order system and quality control -PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

I am glad to report that following the posting of this review the company have contacted me and reprinted the photos to a good quality and at their expense. This is a great relief, but I do hope they have taken on board my comments as otherwise I feel it would be easy for people to have a similar experience.

Contrary to many of the other negative comments I have read on here about this site, I was aware that I would have to assemble the frame myself, and my order arrived incredibly quickly (3 days after ordering).

However, there were problems with 2 of the 5 prints I ordered. One was a very small problem that, for the price I paid, I am prepared to live with - there was a tiny black mark on the print, maybe 2mm long, in an area where you wouldn't really notice it unless you knew it was there,

The other issue was more serious - a large dirty black smear across the face of the person in the photo. I emailed and called, and initially got no reply. They did eventually respond, asking for me to send them photos of the problem. Having read the FAQs I was aware of what was required and I had actually attached the necessary photos to my original email (the one they replied to!). I responded again and have, so far, heard nothing.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I also think it is very misleading that you place an order through a. CO.UK website, in English, only to find you're actually ordering from a German company (in Cologne). I didn't find out until my order was dispatched and I used the tracking information they supplied. Had I known this in advance, I wouldn't have ordered from my-picture.co.uk. Concerns over international delivery times and my inability to speak German (to resolve any potential problems) would have stopped me using this site.

In practise, the delivery times were not a problem. However my concerns around contacting the customer support team are proving justified... I am not sure if it's a language thing, or if they are just ignoring my emails. Either way - it's not great.
