Had what I needed so I bought them.

Took a week longer to get them than If I ordered through MSC.

Received order missing one piece. Requested replacement and prompt response. Suspect missing quantity is due to packaging. Suggest for future to seal container with packaging tape and internally wrap contents with bubble wrap. When I received the order the box was crushed and the end flaps appear to have become broken. Think one of my pieces became separated. Let me know if you want a picture of the box. I kept it just in case.

Pretty simple, scan the website for the ppe safety glasses, cart them, buy them. Week later they show up at my door step.

Web page is very easy to navigate, please with the product so far.

The selection is great.

When you choose "Update Cart" with an item you are taken away from the page you were shopping on. Choosing "Continue Shopping" takes you to a general page. I feel choosing "Continue Shopping" should return you to the page you were shopping on. Or, make all of the quantities "0" then you can put quantity numbers in all of the items you wish to purchase and then choose "Update Cart" to populate your cart with all of the items you chose with quantities.

Such as if you order a bolt it should have the companion washer and nut along with it

Everything was great except that I ordered and paid for a 4 1/4' diamond grit hole saw, and you sent me a 4 1/8 inch saw. We were able to make it work with some grinding on the inside of the opening to allow a drain cover to fit flush in the hole. I couldn't wait two more days for a new saw. Besides that, the product worked beautifully, and I was happy to find a source for every size I may ever need for this type of saw. If you'd like to refund the difference in price between the two different sized saws, I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much. Joann Silvestro

Product descriptions and sizes are very vague....if you are not totally familiar with machine tech...and product numbers...you are put off buying them.
For instance.....what the heck is a #20 washer ? No sizes...no thread application...just #14 or #20......not everyone is familar with these terms.

Placed an order with a company in NJ, who dropped shipped the order from a supplier Fl, who let the order sit for two days before processing. It took a week to get a small package of bushings that were Expedited after two days due to the dock delay. We are located in NC, not that far from either location. No problem with the components that I ordered, just took awhile to get them.

easy . liked lproduct link on web site to required arbor for bit I selected. Everything was good except I paid for UPS second day air and got regular ground. Payment was refunded for UPS. Would recommend site to others.

Difficult time checking out. Sign in not working correctly. Every time you try to check out your cart, it makes you sign in again and again and again before the place order button will activate. Had to make my last purchase as guest

Original order included 3 taps M1.6x0.2 and one die M1.7x0.2.
Only the die arrived and my forwarder asked me to inquire with you about the remaining items.
Kathleen House from mutual Screw informs me that the taps are out of stock and offers me a refund.
I can not make use of the refund because my forwarder has a 25USD fee for administrative costs.
Now my forwarder informs me that the 3 taps arrived.
Despite the mess, I am happy that everything will be delivered.

It was very easy to order the mungo bolts I purchased. I had a question and call Mutual Screw and the sales rep. was very helpful. I am happy with the product, but the only thing is I think the price per unit is very expensive. I paid $5.40 per mungo bolt, that is really extreme.

USPS for small orders would probably be cheaper. When filling out a box that is going to be a number it would be nice if numbers automatically came on the typing screen.

Your web site is very easy to navigate. However, your prices are a little higher than I'm use to spending. Just for today, "convenience" brought me to your site. I will probably return to your site. Thank you!

Parts was on back order. Was not a rush item but I was not told that it was out of stock till I called to find out why we had not received it yet.

Shipping envelope came severely damaged but contents were okay. Shipping label did not match entered information! The company name was correct but the addressee's name was completely random!!

Continue to Check Out button does not always appear. You need to refresh website several times before the button appears

Shipping charges are high. Everywhere else I have found the gloves, shipping has been free, with very little price difference.

Overall experience in price point and customer service is great. Shipping waiting period and pricing could be improved.

Ordered a 3 1/2" hole saw. They sent me a tape measure instead.
The hole saw arrived two weeks after the initial order.

Ordered a DeWalt *******-PWR Polly Setting Tool. Item I received appeared to be a generic setting tool. It did not match the pictures of the ******* on your website or on the DeWalt/Powers box it came in, and it was not branded DeWalt or Powers. No country of origin was shown. Unfortunately I needed to use the tool to complete a pressing project. Fortunately the tool worked. Still not pleased. I order brand name tools for a reason.

I opted for the most economical method of shipping. but the end result was about double the advertised rate.
In addition I was charged a substantial fee for handling such a small product. I feel it was a ripoff.
