Great customer seevice answering questions before i placed my order

Easy to use website. Wish it offered volume price breaks by default instead of requesting a quote.

Product was as described. Came on time and customer service follow through was perfect. Thank you all very much.

I had not received any shipping notice after a week so I called customer service. They could not find a tracking number, but new that it had shipped. UPS truck pulled up 10 minutes after the phone call. Cost of the item seemed a little high, as did cost for shipping. But, I could not find the item anywhere else. I would go back to Multiscrew again because of all other aspects of my experience.

Easy peasy, expedited shipping too expensive. That's not where you should overcharge.

Overall price and quality was excellent!

The saw we order worked perfect for the job! I ordered it and it was here in just a few days! I had spent over 2 hours running around town and could not find the one I needed for the job! Got home and order it! So satisfied! Thank you
