I got in touch with Imran at Muslim Holy Travel, must say he was such a helpful person and ensured the best of services and facilitated me and my family on the holy journey.
The pick up from the airport was delayed. The hotel booking in Medina was for the wrong day. The hotel room had dripping water issues. The Towels were not provided for 2 days. Wrong address was given to the taxi driver for the Mecca hotel. We had very bad experience and will not use this tour company again will not recommend to anyone.
