A nice surprise!

Perfect size, perfect fit and amazing price. Looked diligently for a wedge heal gold shoe. Hard to find a 5.5 but wow; I did! The price was awesome; couldnt be happier!

What a pleasant surprise

I'd never heard of Mulberry Muse, but landed on the site while trying to hunt down a pair of shoes. Not only did they have them, in my size, but they were on sale for a great price and I had them in my hands just a couple of days later. Excellent experience

I had never heard of this shop but was looking for a particular style of shoe and Mulberry Muse had it! I also ordered another pair of shoes that had a great price as well! The shoes arrived quickly and are perfect. Genuine leather, quality craftsmanship, well packaged! Ill definitely be ordering from here again.

Found site by searching for item. Ordered easy, shipped beautifully. Item did not fit right, thats when I found out about returns having a stocking fee and shipping deducted. I guess I should have read policy first, but just assumed it was the same as every other company.

Incredibly poor service

I was really excited about the jumpsuit that I found for my wife and ordered it 2-3 day shipping, paying extra for the fast shipping and hoping wed have it for New Years. No holidays on the calendar since I ordered the package between Christmas and New Years and yet the package was delivered 8 days later. How that relates to 2-3 days, no one knows. Absolutely unacceptable and I want my money back from shipping. If you cant deliver a package in 2-3 days, dont tell me you can. If its anything other than 2-3 days, give an estimate in the side board when selecting delivery options, the way Amazon does.

Out-of-this-world excellent customer service!

I made an successful offer on a pair of shoes, without realizing that i could've gotten an additional discount off the asking price and off my offer price, if i would've just signed up for their email list. I wrote the customer service rep a woe-is-me email, and within 2 hours, Ms. Angelina wrote me back to tell me she'd applied the additional discount! And then the shoes arrived a mere TWO days later! Would happily do business with Mulberry Muse again!

Didn't keep item

I will try shopping here again. My item didn't work out for me but glad I could return it. Wish I didn't have to pay a restocking fee especially since I was responsible for paying the return shipment.

Want my money back asap

They messed up my order. They later found out that the item I purchased and paid for was out of stock. They said they will process the refund but it still hasn't been issued. I emailed several times but they are not responding either! Please GIVE MY MONEY BACK ASAP

Despite adversity

I ordered a dress few days before Harvey. Mulberry Muse staff could not have been nicer, they emailed me apologizing for the delay and included a personal note in the package. This is a great company.
