I ordered items from this site almost 2 months ago. I haven't gotten any updates and can not track my order. Wrote emails a couple of weeks ago and got a respond saying it takes 3-4 weeks to ship. Tried to write another email a few days ago and the email address is disabled. Do not order from this site it's give SCAM!
I ordered in December last year, still waiting for items, I've asked for a refund 10 times! They've answered once! Disgusting rude company, pay with PayPal guys, unfortunately I didn't and I'm having to go through the bank for £40! Vile company! It's not a massive amount but the principle! AVOID
I ordered about 2 weeks ago, I sent an email a week ago asking how soon do they ship, I was told my order already shipped, so I then asked for a tracking number to no response, I really wanted to buy more stuff from them & my sisters too but it's giving scammy, I don't know how to feel right now
I ordered two items on April 26th. I got an email that my order was ready to be shipped on April 29th. It's now June 15th and I have gotten no updates. I have left comments on the Instagram and they have said that it's normal for it to take 4-6 weeks. It's nearly been TWO MONTHS. I understand the impact of of covid-19, but I have had packages from Russia and China arrive before my package from Muse. This is honestly unacceptable. I paid $150 of my own money that I work hard for. Where is my package? I just HOPE my items come in with good quality, that is IF they ever come. Hopefully this comment doesn't get deleted because they obviously delete any negative comments. I was really excited for my items.
Horrible and ghetto customer service. Emails were sent to me as if they have an attitude that I'm asking about the status of an order that I PAID FOR! It's been over 6 weeks and my items still have not been shipped or made. They lie and say there's a 1 hour window to cancel order after placing the order due to them getting your order ready "right away" but if it's taking them over a month just to get the items made, why not just give me my money back when requested. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I ordered those items a month and a half ago from this site. I am completely aware of covid impacts and so they told me shipping would be 4-6 weeks. I initially only received an email about one item I purchased with an unreliable tracking number. I waited the 6 weeks and then emailed as I had received no updates, and hadn't even received an email about the second item shipping. I reached out to customer service and they barely helped or offered a refund but rather gave me no timeline and sent me another unreliable tracking number. They told me it could be another 6 weeks and that my second item "was not even made yet" to which I requested a refund as I was told it would arrive much sooner. They ignored my email and have done nothing helpful when all I asked was to provide a ballpark of when the items would arrive as I had waited the 6 weeks and the tracking number said it should have been delivered by now. I am very disappointed as I was extremely excited about this website and the clothes, but I do not recommend shopping here as I was scammed.

The boots I ordered had a white stain on them, so I am about to use dye to correct the problem. The price was $100 lower than any other, and the size fit very well and the item was the correct one.

I thought the Lulu Lemon bag would be more of a large purse size. It was a full on large duffel bag. I wanted it ti use as a gym bag but Its way to big for that. :(
I ordered a pair of shoes and then realized I had ordered the wrong size. They did not have my correct size, but I email them and they were able to cancel my order without any hassle.
This dress is uber cute and comfortable. Ive never used a site where you could negotiate the price you are willing to pay. That is definitely a plus. I look forward to shopping other great looks soon.
Product was cute but advertised as a dress, it was clearly a shirt only came to my high hip bone. I will keep it and wear as a shirt but its definitely not a dress.
My first time ordering with Mulberry was great- super easy, happy with my product, and fast and free shipping.
Have been very happy with most all of my purchases. One white cotton knit shirt was soiled around the neck but will easily be able to wash out.
My experience with Mulberry Muse was delightful. The next day delivery was even better. I am looking forward to future puchases!
Not only am I thrilled with my new booties, which are fabulously comfortable, but they got here super fast. What's not to love about that?
I ordered the spring step Stockholm bootie with a fist time customer discount. Unfortunately the boots did not fit. I sent an email and customer service arranged the same discount on the correct size and promptly mailed them out. They fit perfectly and I will be returning the other pair. Customer service was also quick to respond to my email about an issue with entering the discount code on my initial purchase and was also very friendly.
