Placed an order for $113 on Dec 19 that was charged to my credit card - it's January 2 and I still don't have the order, nor has there been any order confirmation, just an email asking me to rate one of the products I ordered. So they have my correct email and apparently my order was processed. I have never ordered from a company that didn't email an order confirmation, that's very bad business.

Ordered supplements back in January, haven't received anything yet and tomorrow is April.
Reached out and customer service was not really helpful in fixing this problem, he'd rather roll the dice again on a reship without looking into the problem at all.

M&S is a complete package as mentioned in the subject line. They have everything. Workouts, supplements, nutrition and motivation articles. Exercises for each and every muscle described in text and video guide. They have a very competitive prices for the supplements and a fast shipping methods.
I have placed two orders amounting to over $150. These orders never got delivered and the company gave me store credit in return. I used that credit to place my last order, which is #*******. This order too did not get delivered and now my money is stuck with the company. They're complete frauds. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here.
