I would not hire this firm again if they were free. The attorney we had was late for court twice, didn't communicate well, canceled meetings, looked at his watch alot in court mumbled alot, did not seem prepared, allowed leading a witness without objecting did not try to counter on a 5 yr prison 10 yr probation offer by state felt my son should take it even though Florida's calculation sheet came out to 3 years. I was talked to rudely by owner and one of his associates when I was complaining and abruptly told goodbye and hung up on. Thank God we hired a new attorney after less than 2 years with this firm. 2 days new attorney got just the probation which is still aweful when your innocent but too much time was wasted and legally new things could not be given to the court this far into process I was told. These 10 years will be hard with probation but my son is alive which had he gone to jail knowing he was innocent would not be. Please do your research when hiring an attorney some don't care about your life even when your innocent just care about the quick buck and onto the next one. There were so many complaints and lack of good representation to list them all. Just please beware!
