We ordered rose bouquet along with black forest cake and ferrero rocher chocolates for mothers day and gave a time of 11 to 1 pm as delivery time. It was delivered at 6 pm with the cake melted and cadbury choclates instead of ferrero rocher. Nobody picks up at the Customer service contact number. The whole experience of mothers day was spoiled for the sender and receiver.

On their website they advertise a certain day of delivery. For 2 of my orders, I placed them to be delivered on the 1st of November. Today is the 6th and no delivery! No attempt even!
When I asked for a refund as they have breached their contract, they said "oh not our problem bc its sent from us!" It was sent out on the 5th! Four days AFTER.
I have made a consumer complaint against this company. And I am making sure people can see these reviews.
The company is a fraud and a bunch of theives and liars run it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Bought 4600 Rupees Chocolate bouquet from their website, and the actual delivered bouquet was nothing like what was shown in the picture. Not recommended.
