Shipping via USPS took more than a week, but it was free.

After the initial review Multicom contacted me to resolve the issue. They were great to work with and understood my concern. They refunded the entire expedited shipping cost which far exceeded the cost of the parts. They volunteered to do this even though I never requested a refund or rebate of any kind. They have proven to be genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction and have earned my trust and loyalty.

Great price. Your website isn't set up for general customers. It's focused on corporate partners. But, I found what I was looking for and the price was right.

So far, the modem/router seems to be working but our internet has been in and out. We just switched to a new provider (which is why we purchased our own modem/router) so I do not yet know if this issue is due to a faulty modem/router or an issue with the internet service provider. Despite this potential issue, the product was a fantastic price and the shipping was much faster than expected - arriving in 1 business day.

I purchased a cable modem from multicom. It arrived in a short time frame. It was reconditioned, so I didn't pay much for it. It didn't work. I went to my local Walmart and bought a new modem. No problems. I am very happy with my Walmart purchase.

Stupid to have a $10 min, and sell an item for $9.95. Also you shipping charge is way too high -- USPS priority would be much cheaper.

I got myself a cable modem for 17 dollars delivered. However it does not have a wifi password. 10 dollars a mo th to rent from the companyy.

Ups said customer name or address incorrect. Took hour of my time to discover issue and to correct. Still don't know what problem was. But received package 4 days late.

The first time order stuff from this website, everthing goes well so far, hopefully the modem works well for my internet service when I receive it later!

Not sure how carrier classified my home address as a business? Regardless I'm guessing UPS was lazy to deliver it they said business closed but no note on my door...

Have not been able to set up modem yet. Recommend delaying functional satisfaction inquiry by 1-2 weeks. At this time, unknown if device is even functional at all or not.

Please allow customers to leave 'shipping notes'. Some carriers don't leave the package at door and take it back.
