Ordered boots, waited more than a month, package of cheap sunglasses arrived from China. Let them know. Insisted on photo. Provided. Will not reimburse unless I send the glasses back at my expense... to CHINA! Do date they have responded in a reasonable period of time to my emails, but their customer service is atrocious. No where on the site do they admit they are not in the US (and chose a webname that appears to be American), and nowhere in their emails do they even say what you ordered. It is impossible to go back and see the item. All in all an awful experience. We'll be checking our cc closely for unexpected purchases!
