I just spoke with John on your customer service line. It was refreshing to speak with someone so honest. I was going to seek a vendor that offered free or discounted shipping to wholesales clients but for this first order I make, I've decided to go with you after all. I'll likely seek a supplier who offers better pricing on shipping, but due to John's excellent customer service, I place the order with MrTakeOutBags. Thanks John!
The salespeople you talk to have no idea what they're doing. I had a guy named Patrick tell me I could print a design on a box; then I went out and had a design custom made for the box and brought it back to this company. Then Patrick realized it wasn't possible to print a design on the box. So yeah, thanks for wasting my time and money. I left a message for a supervisor and no one ever returned my call. Avoid this bull$#*! company.
Drew, Julia, and the rest of the Mr. TakeoutBags team have been a blessing. They are great communicators and give us personal, 1-on-1 service that makes us feel important and that our needs are genuinely being listened to. We purchased both boxes and bags from them and the quality is nothing short of excellent. 5/5 would recommend

Your custom bag video gives very little info and I could not find any pricing for printed bags on the website.
I called to speak with sales about other products, and made an appointment so that they call me back next day at 1:00 pm. They never did.
Overall, my experience has been good. Boxes came quickly and quality is good. They did appear a bit different in person than on the website but still acceptable.
Extremely satisfied. It just took longer than expected. Really happy with the service and product. Will be ordering again!
One complaint... box sizes aren't obvious between width x length x height

Adding to the cart is easy. It is the checkout process that needs some help. When updating info the resulting page isn't still in checkout, but back to shopping. I'm in checkout and want to update MyAccount from there -not from shopping.
Shipping cost was exorbitant. It said it would ship from Pa warehouse and I live in Pa. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would look around more to find a less expensive alternative.
The website is easy to navigate and reorder. The sealable bags are of fairly consistent quality, & are great for our delivery orders, so customers know that their food has not been tampered with.
Too hard toggling btwn pages -- this is for personal use and had to go back and forth from original home address to spouses business address and then directions weren't clear in re to how to proceed, so I was like a rat in a maze clicking for cheese, just clicking until it lined up and you let me proceed
it was great and easy to use. I was disappointed you don't have better shipping rates for businesses though. My cost went up by 1/3 the total in the last step.
Pleased with order however a couple boxes did have black marks from the plastic

At this time it's hard to find hard cups holders, those bags from Mrtakeout is very convenient for 2 cups takeout and cheaper, will recommend to my friends!
A little confusing. I am surprised by the amount of the shipping charge whcih is almost as much as the product I am buying. Does not seem right.
Your products are very expensive. I am done with your business after this order. I was spending $1000 a year on boxes through you and think I just found a new supplier for these purchased items at half the price, just like with the boxes and free shipping over $200. I am not complaining, I am just being a frugal business person. I wish you would lower your pricing to match other companies.
First time buyer...your shipping charges are extreme, especially if there is not a rush. Lower cost options for slower delivery times would be appreciated.
good stuff. It's kind of difficult to really see what I am getting and with a $40 shipping fee I am a bit nervous my purchase will work as described.

I love the products and have been using them for several years but I have just now set up an account.
Estimate shipping was $62, go to checkout and shipping is $76. Shipping is a bit high. Wouldn't mind a slower shipping option for much lower shipping costs. Shipping was very fast this time. Thanks
Well organized website, easy to use and find products. Thank you. Wish the shipping cost was lower. At almost 50% of the product cost it makes a big rise in the "price per item". This is tough when shopping for a not-for profit church group.
