Pretty good, till I hit shipping cost. Something I'm keeping in mind for future purchases. After paying over $100, having over 40% of that being added on just for you to get it to me. That's a lot considering most other places will give you free, or reduced fixed, shipping after spending so much. That's a good perk and worth compromising on. Quite honestly, you had all 5 stars but the shipping was a big bummer to see after spending so much already.

A pop-up flashed a coupon code but then couldn't be found again; coupon codes for discounts keep coming up as invalid.

For the most part, the shopping experience was ok, but I tried to use the promo code that was provided after sharing on my social media accounts but the code didn't work saying that "promo code has already been used." I also tried to contact Mr. Take Out Bags via email about it, but never heard back. I really needed these boxes for my upcoming wedding so I just went forward with the purchase, but I am disappointed in the lack of response to my inquiry.

Heard great things - wish there was a slower less expensive shipping option - i am not a retailer, just looking for a specific product that no one else had.

couldn't estimate shipping- had coupon and states its not valid Adress kept changing from New York ( THAT IS CORRECT ) to New Burnswick- which is NOT correct. so far difficult to navigate the site.

It was annoying that the first offer for a discount was 5% off. Then as I proceeded with the checkout, I was offered a $5.00 savings which then I was told I could only use one discount. So I then had to delete my information, after writing down the discount code, and go back in to reorder what I ordered so I could receive the second better value discount. Just offer me the $5.00 off in the first place.

product selection was low - design wise... was hoping to get the purple wine bags with yellow and white grapes

First time ordering- that part was easy- just wait to see how delivery goes and the quality of actual product.

the shopping cart showed 2 times as empty during checkout, until i registered... then i could check out...hmmmm....however, the good news, i received a better coupon after registration.

I would have given more stars but the shipping estimate very different from the actual (and the actual was very high in my opinion), and since I used Paypal I ended up entering my information too often on your site for my liking. I did like the way the product pages were laid out.

I wish they would have just giving you the coupon upfront. When I tried to compare price with Amazon, a coupon code popped up, but I wasn't able to get it once the screen was closed.

Final price was not shown before taking order; I applied a promo code but It was not confirmed whether It was applied or not.

Would like more shipping options. Customer support doesn't seem to care if I do business with your company or not.

I continue to not be happy with your pricing, we also would like to use a shipper other than FED EX. they do not treat their subcontractors in a manner that we support.

Website is not the easiest to use, I had to put in my address twice as it wouldnt let me continue with everything correct and Billing same as shipping box checked. I filled in the Billing fields and it then worked. Annoying.

Absolutely gobsmacked with your shipping costs. The prices are ridiculous. I'm sorry, but the candy I pads I was going to order do not weigh 11 pounds. The cavity inserts do not weigh 6 pounds either, but this seemed to be the fastest place to order from.

Shipping cost is RIDICULOUS! I need these boxes now but I will be seeking a different vendor for the next order. NO WAY should it cost $40 to ship flattened gift boxes!

Website is easy to navigate. I entered credit card info incorrectly the first time and I had to go back and renter all card info for it to go through. I think this is a good safety feature but might be better explained in the payment window, I had to figure it out on my own.

Shopping is great, but shipping is way to high when there are much cheaper ways to ship. Broken containers in every order.

Very easy to navigate but the shipping prices are out of control. You need to offer something other than Fedex. Using a UPS account, I ship 300 lbs of coffee each week from LA to Charlotte for less than $50 !!

I tried several times last night and it would keep taking me back to the initial screen yo type same info over and over I wasn't please to find that my shipping cost was half of my purchase cost.

your checkout button does not work. had to click on paypal. only way I could complete my order. $53 for shipping paper cups? got me once. ill go back to my other supplier
