I just spoke with John on your customer service line. It was refreshing to speak with someone so honest. I was going to seek a vendor that offered free or discounted shipping to wholesales clients but for this first order I make, I've decided to go with you after all. I'll likely seek a supplier who offers better pricing on shipping, but due to John's excellent customer service, I place the order with MrTakeOutBags. Thanks John!
The salespeople you talk to have no idea what they're doing. I had a guy named Patrick tell me I could print a design on a box; then I went out and had a design custom made for the box and brought it back to this company. Then Patrick realized it wasn't possible to print a design on the box. So yeah, thanks for wasting my time and money. I left a message for a supervisor and no one ever returned my call. Avoid this bull$#*! company.
The only issue I had was with checkout. I could not see my order total, including shipping, before paying. (If it helps, I'm on Android using chrome.)
I think shipping is too high, called for a discount and tried to sign up for newsletter and nothing worked.

I bought Cake boxes from your website because you had a great price, i literally spent 50% more than your advertised price on shipping. Clearly this is the scheme, lowest price on the web then raped me on shipping. Really $23 to ship a flat of cupcake boxes? Next time ill find some where else.

Your page loads are absolutely terrible, people will not wait 30 - 40 seconds for the next page to display! The only reason I completed the order was because you accept AMEX! I build shopping carts for a living if you ever need help :-)
I saw a promo code for $20 off my order and when I tried to use it, it did not work. Then the code disappeared! Holiday16???
When clicking estimate shipping cost it shows a different amount when proceeding to checkout... it increased by $10
Your "Paypal" option doesnt seem to have been working. I generally trust companies more that work with paypal and allow the whole transaction to go through them
The bags are flimsy and packed badly, so they arrive wrinkled and sometimes torn at the top. The shipping is astronomically expensive.
Ordered everything through the website. Paid for a 2 day shipping and it came in 3 days. Received one thing I didn't order and then the replacement was sent and I received it today. Customer service was very friendly.
