The salespeople you talk to have no idea what they're doing. I had a guy named Patrick tell me I could print a design on a box; then I went out and had a design custom made for the box and brought it back to this company. Then Patrick realized it wasn't possible to print a design on the box. So yeah, thanks for wasting my time and money. I left a message for a supervisor and no one ever returned my call. Avoid this bull$#*! company.

Trying to make a purchase using a company American Express for 3 days, declined every time even though I had just made a purchase 5 minutes before trying to on this site. Not an issue with Amex or with any other vendor, just this site.

First of all, I tried to use Paypal to pay for my order. After being sent from the PayPal site, I was asked for my credit card information. The purpose of using Paypal is to NOT have to provide the credit card info to the company directly. Secondly, I was redirected to fill in more "required" information, claiming that I had not done so the first time. This was a ruse to get info that you did not need from me. Finally, paying $30.00 for shipping a $48.00 order is robbery. I only ordered this merchandise from you because this is what my daughter-in-law requested for her baby shower. I will never use, or recommend your company to anyone, ever.

I would have bought more products if you offered free shipping. This is probably something your company should consider. I bought serveral other products that goes along with this order from other companies because they offered free shipping. And my credit card wouldn't work when I was trying to check out, kept saying invalid card number. I had to use the same card through PayPal in order for it to process. A lot of effort on my part but I really wanted these boxes.

same bag elsewhere $56.00. only reason i orderd was they were out of stock. very expensive to ship also

the shipping is so over priced. I wouldn't order except i'm in a rush and need this product. I own a factory and I know this is not the real shipping price for 38 lbs. Also I tried the promo code for $5 off and it didn't work. i will not order here again

unhappy, with sign in the back advertising website, also says insert is optional whe it isn't not even the size of the box is adequate to insert macarons without an insert. rectangular, not square.

Shipping is over priced, send USPS. None of the coupon codes on the Internet work. Needed these products, I've seen them elsewhere for the same price only the quantity was 250 instead of 100. Ordered from your site because I preferred the gold color.

Some items arrive, some items weren't listed as backorder that go together- like hey I know you received your cups but the lids will be backordered for a month. What sort of option does that leave a customer? Now it's been past that ETA for the 8 oz lids but still haven't arrived or heard anything about it. All the cups have different lids - working our way through our supply then returning to a more together vendor.

had difficulty adding promo code, it took an extremely long time to checkout and it would give me a shipping estimate

I changed my quantity to 2, but final order screen said 1. I didn't want to have to pay shipping twice. Very frustrating.

I went to the next screen to review my order like it advised and there wasn't any information. Just telling me that my order was complete and that my shipping is $129.00

I thought the bags I purchased we're gonna be normal size bags but they weren't they were tiny bags, not what I wanted at all.
