My dog is a border/Norfolk terrier crossbreed and measures 24 inches from nose to start of tail and a medium bed was too small for him as he could not lay out flat.l sent an email to the company and received a reply,offering me another larger bed with a 30% discount and to keep the first bed which we will use in the car for long trips.First bed medium changed for XL which is right size to lay out in.He loves it lots of room for daytime lounging and night time sleeping.

When they say something is too good to be true...it is. It's taken 9 business days to fulfill my order. It's been stuck at a consolidator for 2 days. USPS status says still awaiting the item. Customer service is clearly offshore using generic macros. At this point, I'm hoping this thing is next to Jesus and sliced bread when it shows up, but based on these reviews, I don't have much hope.

I ordered one in plenty of time for Christmas, every time I checked tracking it was still sitting at the companies address. Then when I finally got it on the 30th way pass Christmas. It was so small my dog would never fit in it. I immediately requested a return label and have gotten nothing I have reached out to paypal and waiting.for a responce. Not worth the money either. False advertising. Beds are much smaller than the site makes them appear. That mastiff in that picture must be a puppy to make their largest bed look that big. My 35lb dog falls out of the large size bed. Just another cheap Chinese ripoff with an unreasonable return policy. They "have warehouses in USA" but won't let you ship to them.

My XL beds arrived and they are tiny and NOT fluffy. The company will not issue a refund unless you pay for shipping to China. This company is awful and the better business bureau will be contacted. The quality isn't worth it. Buy from somewhere you can return the product if you're not satisfied.

After 2 weeks our 2 cats still won't have anything to do with the beds I bought for them. Put a favorite treat in the center and, at most, the brave one, Loki, will put a single foot on it and then grab and run. We haven't tried the one for the dog. Too hectic and crowded during the holiday season.
They are fluffy and very soft and I'd probably love a more padded, human sized one. I just don't get it as Loki jumps into and explores everything. I fear I've wasted my almost $200. Sigh:(

They create fake usps tracking info and never deliver. Credit Card company saw right through it and gave me my funds back. And to top it off, fluffy tried to convince to ask credit card company to reverse charge back so they could issue a refund. I'm not that stupid to fall for that. Why do that when it's already been resolved to my benefit

The dog nest seems to be good quality, unfortunately I didn't see the recommendation to go up a size if in doubt. I didn't realise returns were to China until I asked for the return address. Customer services did offer me a 30% discount on the larger bed and 15% refund on the one I had if I kept it. But didn't need 2 beds so have kept the medium one and will have to give it away.

I am absolutely shocked. Terrible quality, the fabric it is made out of is see through that's how thin and flimsy it is. I've had two days, the filling is coming out of it already. It says it can be washed, there is absolutely no way this product would even withstand one wash in the washing machine. Says it's n Irish brand on Google, absolute lie. Waste of money, I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Was sent a defective bed. It is missing part of the padding on the bottom. My dog is literally laying on the hard ground. They claim a "100% money back guarantee". They said I would have to pay to ship it back to China or they would give me a 15% refund. None of this was in their return policy online at the time of purchase or when I reached out to customer service. I have gone back and forth with them so many times. They have since updated their return policy on their website, which proves they know they were in the wrong. And they are still unwilling to cover the return shipping or refund me for the defective product that can't even be used. They are also deleting negative comments on social media and blocking dissatisfied customers.

I ordered an XXL size bed as per picture advertised with 2 dogs laying on it. I have.same breed and only one dog fits on it curled up. I reached out to Company and sent pics with measurements. Their response "size sent is correct " and I could get a refund if i paid shipping and restocking fee. There are other brands I would buy from someone else who is honest.

Don't buy from them. They won't exchange anything if it's the wrong size and they won't give you a refund. They tell you they will if you mail it back to them maybe. But you have to pay to have it mailed to China which will cost more than 100. They suck. I let them know this and they offered me $7 back from my $30 purchase. Again they suck. It also took almost 2 months to arrive after I purchased

SCAM; return is very expensive to a Chinese address. Chinese JUNK. Cannot post reviews on their site and every review has a picture...written by THEM, it is a big SCAM.
Ordered one bed for $85, they added another to my cart for $58.10 and charged my card for both. Asked them right away to cancel both and they said i had to wait for them to come in to return. Came in, tried to return to the Chinese return address given but it would cost $108 to return. Already out 141 and didnt want to add another 100 because i know it will be impossible to get a return. The beds are complete CRAP.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. And a total scam. I asked to cancel the order within 24 hrs and they responded saying that it had been sent out. It then took 12 days to get to me.
When I asked to cancel they said that they would happily refund me once it arrived but didn't specify in that email that I would be shouldering the cost of return. To China!
Both the shipping were incorrect and the bed isn't what was advertised.
Every time I try and get a return label they offer me a % off the bed to keep it to "offer to a friend as a gift" or " donate to a shelter" The item isn't worth keeping for a gift or anything else as it's total crap.

I ordered two blankets, a small and medium. It looked like a fuzzy pillowcase sewn together. The blankets were rather small and I paid $63 for both of them. Came from China and on my credit card was listed as a different company. I wanted to return them, but with their 30 day policy, they would not get to China in regular mail. I would steer clear from this company.

We ordered the XXL bed...and the bed that came in the mail is extremely small and looks nothing like the pictures from the website. I feel that this product is deceiving. I have contacted customer service for a return and have heard nothing back. Paying $85 for a dog bed and getting what I got - an inferior product of this quality is disappointing.

Ordered a large (35") dark grey dog bed. Upon order confirmation, was notified of "shipping delays". As such, I reached out to cancel. They then advised that the product had already shipped but they provided no tracking info. When challenged, they provided a tracking number. Bed arrived a few days later... I ordered dark grey...they delivered BLUE. I ordered and paid for a large (35") bed...they delivered small (<24") bed. The bed has little padding and is no where near thwe quality that they claim. Dont waste your time or money...

The dog bed has been sitting in Jamaica, New York for over a week now and never sent to the USPS. Label has been printed and USPS is still waiting for it. I have contacted them twice and no reply. How long does it have to sit there in limbo just waiting to be shipped? Thinking about calling my bank to cancel. I've never seen anything this strange. Bed took 3 weeks to arrive - Arrived stuffed in plastic shipping envelope and a mess. No support and made with some sort of poly fibers. Tried to return as they offer 30 day warranty only to find out I need to ship back to China! The cost to ship is more then the $58 it cost to purchase bed. What a scam!
