Today 9/1/18 3:30 pm. I googled harkins near me in goodyear, Az. It directed me to Estrella Falls. Options Fandango or movie. I clicked on movie. It then directed me to movieticket.com It then asked how many adults, children, etc. I said 2 adults 3 kids. It then gave me an option to choose seats. I did that. Then it asked me to log in. I did but it said email & password do not match. Click on to reset password. I did. It then asked for an email. I entered that. It then said check email. I did that as well. I saw reset password. I reset a new password. It then directed me to log in. I tried to log in with th new password. It suddenly said reset password time has expired. Frustrated, I called the 800 number. A woman anwers and I told her everyting I said here and she repeated herself saying that I said i tried to log in and it says password don't match. Reset password and click the link and then she said I said I reset the link that and log in on the reset link. I told her i didn't say that. I tried to repeat myself but she kept cuttong me off treating me like i was a fool. I also heard a man laughing beside her. I tried to explain my situation again and she said Sir I work here, I'm trying to help you. She then told me to eliminate all my searches and to go straight and type movieticket.com. I told her I didnt know that and she did. She then proceeded to tell me i was doing it all wrong. As i was typing movieticket.com It was saying my time has expired. I told her I had saved seats, shw then said well you cannot get in the system movieticket.com after the time has expired. And for me to have to wait later to get back in. I told her she was an idiot and hung up. I never had a terrible customer service on the phone in a long time. I hope you can track the conversation I had with that woman. She is in the wrong field as far as my concern. My email *******@gmail.com That is my log in email with Harkins. To whom it may concern, Please take the time to search our conversations. Corrections on your customer service needs to be addressed. Thank you, Mr Torres
