I bought saddlebags from Motorcycle House UK on 2 separate occasions and can't wait to do so again. This time I upgraded to the Lamellar slanted Viking bags and they are absolutely amazing. I placed my order on the evening of January 25th (2021), it was dispatched on the 26th and it was delivered to me in London on the 28th. Besides the fast dispatch and delivery, I was also very impressed with the customer service. Their online live chat really works and every question I had was clarified very efficiently. Amber and Celeste were super helpful and kept me updated though the whole process. I really recommend them 100%. It's a great shop! Frankly I can't understand where the bad reviews come from, I had nothing but good experiences with them. A big thank you for the whole team!
This company does not send the order. They have no customer service. Promises of the order being sent the next business day are nothing but lies. I don't mind waiting longer if the company is upfront about timelines but this company has done nothing but lie and I'm still waiting for the order to be shipped. Save your money and yourself a lot of frustratrstion, do not deal with this company. If this is not resolved all I will progress it to ACCC.

I order $500.00 worth of saddle bags and pillion seat bags from them, after two weeks i started to call the phone number - it is not even an Australian company! Links back to somewhere in the US. the first time i got through, they told me the order was on the packing table being sent today. I waited another week. They cancelled the order. Then told me they were going to refund in 3 working days - it has now been 7 working days and no refund.
This company has the worst customer service! I've paid for a product MONTHS ago and not so much as a shipping order yet! I can't even get in touch to ask for a refund because no one answers the phones, responds to emails or social media messages. Absolute disgrace!
Motorcyclehouse.co.uk Company with suspicious activity. Avoid, they stole your money and send you rubbish. You never will be answered after you pay them. When they answering then only asking to wait for 2-3 hours, not to worry and promising to sort it out, what never happens. They lie all the time that your order processed, item shipped, then delay happened, then something else, then that money will be refunded, they will sort it out and never ends. Endless story, do not believe them. They are hiding under fake names: John, Chris, Mark, Steven etc.
They took money from my account for the boots, I called 4 days later asking the status. Julio was rude and offered no help, said they ship out of Chicago no idea when, it could be 30 days from now, if an item is in stock ship it, if it's not in stock don't sell it, pretty simple, I asked for my money back so we will see if I get it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They failed to send one of the items in my order, and it never turned up after waiting for weeks. The item that did arrive was the wrong size, so I stupidly ordered the smaller size. The items that arrived were extremely poor quality, the kind of gear you would see at a market stall in Pakistan. Weird fit, poor quality zips, low quality materials all over.
Returned all of the items, paid $45 return postage, then they only issue a partial refund on both orders, saying postage is non-refundable. So after 2 months of mucking around, I'm now out over $100 with nothing to show for it.
I believe this company is simply drop shipping items around the world, likely from low quality suppliers. I will never deal with them again, and would encourage everyone to avoid them. Easily the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
Ordered and payed for a set of saddle bags from motorcycle house UK on august 12 and they still have not shipped one month later. I have tried reaching motorcycle house UK on several occasions by both e-mail and phone but no response. I finally got an answer from Chris at, so far as I can tell, the US branch after which the order status changed from "awaiting fulfillment" to "awaiting shipment". This was two weeks ago and the bags still have not shipped...
For motorcycle house: the order number is ******* if you actually have any intention of fulfilling the order.
