We came across motorcycle Closeouts while searching for our son new racing gear, we placed an order and it arrived within a few days. Everything was great quality. We did have to ship back one item that didn't fit, however it was an easy process. Since our first order we have placed 2 more for other items. Super happy customers :)
Do not request a refund or a size change, or else they will take back your returned item and completely ghost you! Buyer bewere it is a complete SCAM website
I would like to see modular helmets listed in your filter process. That would make looking at helmets a lot easier.
The Helmet I ordered was Lg., I received a Helmet marked Lg.. Upon attempt to try on the Helmet was a Med. at best. I went thru the HOOPES in an attempt to send it back. (COULD YOU MAKEIT MORE DIFFICULT?). Cost me $30.00 to send it back, plus YOU charged me $10.00 to refund my Credit Card. On second thought, I should have given the Helmet to our local charity. At least I could have gotten a full tax deduction!!!!!!!!!!
Needing to return the items. Decided they didn't want them.
alright experience. would be a lot better if the product page was better organized with product description and specs. having the product sku number clearly shown would also be helpful in confirming that i am ordering the correct product
Motorcycle Closeouts charged me over $7 for a plastic bag that the coat originally came in because it got thrown away with the rapping and I had to use a different bag to ship it back for the correct size.
So far so good. It's a Xmas present for someone else. So we will see…. He hasn't opened it yet.

Return policy and restocking fee isn't attractive. Given what you sell I understand. It may prevent me from future ordering on helmets however. Lesson learned.

While we do often hear that our return policy is strict, we've always been very clear about them on our website. As you say, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all. Further, we always offer 100% store credit, if you want to purchase something else - we only charge the $10 for refunds, because it costs us money to process them. This is not a restocking fee, and will never be applied if you simply want to swap items, sizes, or colors!

I received my order, however, was disappointed that the sizes were inconsistent with the same brand gear I already own. I understand that would fall back on the actual manufacturer (Fly).
I am not excited about having to pay for return shipping to exchange sizes.
Only will buy clothing or fitted items if I know exactly what I need. Too expensive to return items if they don't fit. Other than that, great sight with great prices.
The color scheme and font size on the website is not very large and can be difficult to read on a full size iPad.
Would prefer to see color options on one item instead of having to look for them as separate products
Never heard of the site but the deal was for the exact helmet I wanted for $25 less than anywhere else including shipping. Could not find any return policy so I'm hoping it fits well and I don't get tagged for a restocking fee.
Our return policy is linked in the footer of every page, and there should have also been a link next to the checkbox you filled when checking out. In case you can't find it, it's https://www.motorcyclecloseouts.com/policies. We never charge a restocking fee, so no worries there!
needed gear predominantly white. you werent the only site that didnt have what i wanted everything i needed is on clouseout and out of stock so i had to change my specifications which i obviously did not want to do!
Price was advertised as 39.00 but as soon as I clicked check out it jumped to 49.00. Then shipping bumped it to 59.00. This is similar to prices elsewhere.
If you encounter a strange price jump like that, please call our customer helpline! Websites can mess up, after all, and we want to make sure you get the best price!

The prices are good, but man is the shipping slow. I made the order 5/28/2023 and the didn't ship it until 6/8/2023 and I received it 6/14/2023. If count only bussiness days after I ordered it being memorial day, it took 12 business days to receive.
They do say the economy shipping takes up to 10 days to receive, in my case it took 12.
Just be warned when they say it's going to take 10 days they probably going to use all 10 of those days, If you are in rush for something to go riding id probably order somewhere else.
most of the items on here are either more expensive than standard price elsewhere, or the same price. Most of your sales are not even that great. All advertised as great deals.
shipped quickly, had to return because of wrong size and there was no expedited options. I should be able to have you put a hold on my card for the price of another helmet and you can send me the correct size. You could then remove the hold on my card once you receive the returned product. that being said, this is one of the only places to get this helmet, and it is definitely the cheapest.
love to see that there a hot deals 24/7. but sometime items are actually not that good deal than other website. there are certain brand that motorcyclecloseouts dont carry. Hopefully in the future they will carry more stuff n more awesome deals.

The shopping cart got confused when I added an item, then I hit the back button a few times to something else I was browsing. I added the second item but the cart forgot about the first item. No big deal, just thought I'd pass along the feedback.
this is my 3rd time for the same product, which means along with the non-exchangable shipping ha$ co$ted me $75.00!!! This all started while reading a size chart for my girl,
she knew her standard size but was dissapointted to learn of the product not fitting again!!! This time my order had better fit her because Im out of options!!!
No Im not happy with your webbsite, service, or principals!!! The only thing that I've been trying to find for her is a genuine leather back brace that will help her for her work...
