We came across motorcycle Closeouts while searching for our son new racing gear, we placed an order and it arrived within a few days. Everything was great quality. We did have to ship back one item that didn't fit, however it was an easy process. Since our first order we have placed 2 more for other items. Super happy customers :)
Do not request a refund or a size change, or else they will take back your returned item and completely ghost you! Buyer bewere it is a complete SCAM website
I was trying to order a helmet last night from my Samsung Galaxy cellphone & I entered all the checkout information in a zillion times & the darn CAPCHA at the end of checkout wouldn't load up!!!!!!!! :(
I was so so so IRRITATED!!! It just kept trying to load & I got so so so tired of watching that loading circle go around and around!!!!!!! :( I wanted to sceam & rip my hair out!!!!!! I almost ordered my helmet from another site. I just now did order it from you from my tablet, but I would tap on something when trying to shop for gloves to add to
my order & I'd tap on one thing & something else would come up on the screen. So, irritating bummer yet once again! Boooooooo... :(

I did not receive the pants I ordered and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to return them.
My order arrived quickly. However I was pretty disappointed to open the box and find out that my paid for item was not brand new.my guess,it was used 2 show people how a helmet fits.i had removed a lot of different human hair from inside the helmet.it was a drag!
The product were a good price it shipped fast but, I live on a Ranch that gets no deliveries due to location so I had to pay shipping even though I ordered we'll over the free shipping which will cause me to choose another place to shop and no longer use Motorcycle Closeouts.
Prices are right in some instances, sometimes they are not. Fitment issues are complicated by MC Closeouts iron fisted return policy which is 1 step less of extortion. I will never shop with this institution again and have nothing but regrets. The only reason I am here today is I know the Product size I am getting this time will fit.

$10 to ship a light pair of gloves seems overly high considering they could be shipped in a packaging envelope
I had a Fox roost guard for $55 and socks $11 in my cart yesterday and could not check those items out because it appears they sold out since yesterday.
I placed an order for a full set of off road gear, and received 2x pairs of boots and 3x pairs of the less expensive (and nice) goggles, necessitating initiating a return of the multiple shipped items.
All three items did not have safety padding.
Now I will have to purchase a additional item to provide satety padding. Not happy with this purchase from your company.
Generally, motocross jerseys don’t have integrated padding, as most riders wear theirs under the gear. If you are looking for pieces with integrated armor, we have many jackets in our cruiser and street section with that feature.
The Helmet came in 2 days late and it showed delivered on the tracking when it was Not delivered. The bottom cushion on the outside has clear damage. I did not complaint because it was a good deal but it's not right to send damaged product.
All of our products are first quality and inspected before shipping. If there was a problem, our return policy is on our website, and we have no problem replacing an item that was broken.
Any money saved purchasing from you was eaten up by shipping fees and the ten dollars return fee. I will not be a return customer.

Had a very hard time paying for product on website, not sure what went wrong or why. Auto fill completed my info but payment wouldn't process. After several attempts I filled out the fields manually instead of using the auto fill function. I almost gave up in frustration.
We've had this happen sometimes when we purchase on other websites, as well. We're not sure what causes it, but we're not sure it justifies a two-star review…
Had difficulty ordering. Took 2 days Should be easier. Didn't hear back from customer support when I emailed about problems ordering. Had to call. Ultimately had to use a different browser and jump through all sorts of hoops. Hope the shipment works better than the ordering process.

We feel like our shipping prices are quite fair, given the bulk of many of our items. While it can seem excessive on smaller orders, it is very low (or free) on many orders, even of only one item. Having flat pricing helps us keep prices down, which is good for everyone!
I was disappointed in the product which I have already returned. I not only had to pay return shipping costs of $19.85, but I was also charged $10 for returning it. I feel that the product was incorrectly described as to sizing. The bottom line is that the $30 out of pocket expense makes me reluctant to business with the company in the future.

I bougth an ICON motorcycle jacket. I got it in sixe 3XL Based on other jackets same brand, same size but diferent "Model" unfortunally the jacket did not fit. It was the "RAIDEN" Jacket. It was made for tall people more European cut than American cut. Tou should include in your description " American cut or European cut" as a good reference for size or fitmen. On the top of that i paid $31.00 USD to return the jacket. Next time I will into a consideration to buy another item from you. Thank you.

I buy a lot from you. I ordered an Oxford One Piece race suit one size larger than my normal size. Too small. Will not issue return shipping tag, charging me $10 just to do the return, pay return shipping and have to pay $73 more (and hope for refund for difference like I was promised) for the suit in next bigger size. And no hanger and plastic product bag with several holes torn in it. Years of business now soured and have worked in the industry for 45 years. This will ding you way more than it will me via social media tip off about this transaction.

the website wouldn't take my credit card numbers, i had to resubmit the order 3 different times. i really hope i did not get charged 3 times for only 1 helmet
The website is awesome, but the return policy is disgusting, they charge me a return fee & charge me another shipping fee, long story short I will never order buy from motorcross closeout again, I paid $70 for a item that cost $49.99..
I got the wrong size however, I could not return the item. It was headgear that I put on 1 time and notice too small. My return was denied. Not happy.
it has been pain staking to place, this order, my account was locked and tagged for fraud, which i appreciate the concern yet i spoke with someone and they said they were taking care of it, then the original order was canceled without any communication. Then after waiting weeks anticipating a delivery (my sons birthday present) I had to track down the order to find out it had been canceled, call customer service, unlock my account and re-order.....Thanks for looking out for my account security yet please communicate if you are canceling an order, thanks gary
