I ordered an Ottlite floor lamp from Motor City Lighting Supply through their website and to my surprise not only did they have the best price, they shipped my product within a few hours and I got it the next day. A few weeks later I ordered some under-cabinet lights for my kitchen and again they were delivered in record time but unfortunately UPS damaged one of the boxes. Motor City Lighting handled my issue on a Sunday evening and I had a replacement on Tuesday morning with an apology from the owner. Unbelievable customer service!
I bought a taillight for my KingRanch F150.I immediately checked it when receiving it to make sure the plastic on the front arrived safely…unfortunately I thought their place was reputable…I got Covid and didn't have the ability to get it installed until after my "30 days" so when I was able to finally install it I found out the encasement to both screws on the underside were sent to me snapped off rendering it useless! This was no accident…this was unprofessional and intentional! Beware! I'm out over $300.00!

Obviously, who take their car/truck parts out isn’t interested in preserving the product as my taillight was snapped out!
