I bought a GEL battery for a motorcycle. The electrolyte does not boil away even if it is damaged it doesn't leak. Of course the battery is one of the expensive ones, but the quality is perfect.
Ordered and paid for a Motocross stand from Motocross Giant. I have heard nothing from them since. Going on 13 days. I have put in repeated emails in good faith and left multiple messages. Still nothing. I would say that the customer service was effective/ineffective if I actually spoke with someone. Billing is timely and immediate. Getting me the product has not been a priority. Next stop - Better Business Bureau and my 6,000 followers on Instagram.

Like i said the priceing. Not only here but all over being in CANADA we get shafted for delivery charges. And u guys r all same. So im assuming u dont get very many CANADA orders. Oh well. The windshield i got is ok. Its under 500.00 can u image. The one i need has a wiper. 4000. 00 no u tell me what is r trucks n cars worth. These are just ATV.
I had originally ordered several pairs of boot for myself and my kids for Christmas and received a call saying they were no longer available. The person who took care of me did a fantastic job with helping me choose different items etc. Very happy with the experience overall.

Fantastic dealing with MotocrossGiant. What a great range! I ordered 2 clothing items. Website was easy to use. Updates were great. I was kept up to date on where my order was at, & could track the freighter to see how far away my order may be. My order arrived today (only 8 days after leaving the US) in Australia. I order helmet and goggles for my son for Xmas on Saturday December 12th hoping they would get here before Xmas. Shortly after placing my order customer service representative Pamela Rost contacted me via email to let me know that the goggle I order were out of stock so I told her all I need was an orange pair goggles and what price range I wanted. She was awesome tool care of all my request! Your company should be proud to have such a great employee working for them! Have a merry Christmas!

I called in to make sure that my grandson, that was turning 3, would have his safety equipment in time for the birthday party on Saturday and got a rep named Pamela. She personally looked into each piece to make sure it was in stock so that nothing would backorder. She even told me after I placed the order to call back and she would make sure it made it out the door. This is the best service I have every received and I don't make those comments easily as I run a Nissan Store and Truly Exception Service is our motto. Well Pamela exceeded it. Thank you all.
I was looking for a Scorpion clutch sport jacket, retailed at 499.00 then I saw an add from MotocrossGiant same jacket for 329.00 was the black/green jacked I ordered right away, well got a call said that jacket was over sold, the sales person was so helpful she said I could get the red/white or the black/white but would be 500.00 but after a little finessing she said she could do 349.00 that being said don't think you can find a Scorpion jacket any where at that price, got the jacket and love it. Ordered just before Christmas from Australia. Items were delivered promptly, notifications were always emailed in regards to tracking. Very happy with customer service and the great shirt and hoodie. Will definitely be ordering stuff again!
Worked in the motor trade industry for 12 years. I've never had anything from the US arrive so quick 3 days from LA is unheard of. Quality priced motocross goodies that I will reccomend to all my race buddies. Well done guys 5/5 from me and will definitely be shopping with you again.
This order was a Christmas gift for my Grandson... Metal Mulisha was on his list--although he wasn't specific on which ones he wanted... I just hope he likes the ones I picked out for him... he loves dirt bikes...

Because recently i order some stuff and customers service MotocrossGiant says that 2-4 business days verification of item and they can shipped the items that i ordered. But its been one week and i dont have any tracking number of my orders. Kindly give me an action for this.
