From the outset, I was impressed by the variety and flexibility of the templates available. Whether for a personal blog, a portfolio, or an e-commerce site, MotoCMS offers a wide range of designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly customizable. This versatility allowed me to create a website that truly reflects my brand identity and vision without compromising on functionality or user experience.
They did not install a page block that was promised about 4 months after go-live. After the installation, we crashed. Their "fix" was to change our URLs and got rid of our SEO optimization. The change also made the website unstable with long load times. Multiple back and forth every time they would blame our hosting company. We would go back and they would show proof it was not on their side. The site crashed again in April and we were forced to move and redo our complete website with all content lost. Do NOT recommend this solution at all.
I've been a developer for 27 years and stumbled across Moto CMS last year. I thought their back end is fairly elegant and will eventually be a formidable competitor in the CMS market. I tend to purchase about one template every two weeks from MotoCMS.com. Something I have noticed as of late, is that when you check out, items may be checked on your cart that you did not select. Be sure to double check your selections. Sadly, when I accidentally purchased something I did not need, they didn't even offer to refund it, or even discount my next purchase. Too bad they appear to be more about the money than their return customers. I wish their service was as good as their product.
