Hello guys, I have received notification that my account was frozen on Mostbet platform. I received email that i need to pass verification, there was a list of necessary documents. I sent them all, but it keep auto-replying me that i need to send my transaction evidence from card, i sent it in screenshot picture, as well as with pdf file form bank confirming my deposit from my bank card, however, they still reply me with same message: "send us transaction evidence from card" it seems like robot-style reply. I have left 371 euros on my account(. I mean before that i used to bet there and all was good and okay. But now they blatantly ignore my documents for verification and does not set up a skype video call for verification.
