I ordered these mugs through Groupon in January 2016, rec'd. My confirmation, they took my money... never rec'd. Mugs. Tried to contact them several times, never heard anything from them. Contacted Groupon and was given the run around from them too! Had to prove over & over that I purchased the stupid mugs. So much hassle for $9.99. Still not resolved. Groupon wants to refund in Groupon Bucks... I don't think so! I won't be using Groupon again if this is the kind of companies they endorse, and when I went to them for help, I didn't get any. WHAT A CROCK!

I ordered back in October of 2015 and paid the $10 shipping, received a confirmation email and nothing ever arrived! I have emailed them 2 times with no response and finally have been refunded by groupon. Groupon gave me a little bit of a hard time when it came to the refund! Groupon should know by now that this company is illegitimate and needs to do their research beforehand. I will be cont ting my bank for a refund on the shipping. This company is stealing from people and needs to be stopped!

I ordered 4 Moscow mule cups using groupon & paying additional money from this company almost 6 weeks ago. They charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation but have never sent me the products and have not responded to my email inquiries regarding status. Groupon has had no luck touching base with them either & plans to refund me for just the groupon. I don't recommend this company & either they aren't legitimate or their service is way below any level of a company you will want to give any money to.

Like everyone else that has written a review, I was duped by these guys -- biggest frustration is that Groupon obviously did not thoroughly vet this company.
I ordered my product in the beginning of January, here we are 3 months later and NOTHING. Of course, they accepted the additional shipment fee I paid initially, but I haven't been able to get a response since then and I've emailed multiple times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S NOT LEGIT!

I ordered a Groupon for two custom Moscow Mule Copper Mugs, placed the order, paid extra for the shipping through their site, and never received the product. When I contacted them at first they were responsive, then stopped responding all together. I never received my product, and I had to go through Groupon months later to receive a refund.

This company is a total scam. Steer clear!

I purchased my groupon, and made my purchase December 08,2015. Ten weeks have passed and I have not received shipping information. Contacting the company is a dead end. I am hoping groupon will refund me, and I have filed a paypal dispute to get my money back.

I am writing this review in hoping someone considering the groupon will read this, and save themselves the effort.

Purchased in early December through Groupon. Then paid an additional shipping fee. Have never received a response to my emails or any product. Working with Groupon and they can't get a response either! Guess I'll take the credit from Groupon but I still lose the additional shipping I paid. Don't give these scammers your money.

I wish I would have seen this site before I ordered, back on January 20,2016, and can't believe that Groupon doesn't check out their vendor sites better, because they just made a ton of money off all of us, who ordered. Very disappointed, all the way around. DON'T purchase!

I cannot believe Groupon would use this company first of all. It is an absolute joke. I ordered two orders BEFORE Christmas! It's April and they do not even respond to my requests AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It's worth it to spend a little more for a product that actually exists.

Horrible, horrible company. I too fell for the Groupon deal. Ordered mugs mid-November hoping the would arrive in time for Christmas. Mid-January was the first time I contacted the company. Never got a reply. I sent several emails over the course of the next two months and never received any reply or acknowledgement. It is April 13th and I just received the mugs yesterday. How this company is still in business is beyond me. But please, if you are thinking of buying anything from them, find another company to use instead. Absolutely Sh!#$y business.

I too order the first week of January for my husband's birthday. No response from either email that supposedly belongs to the company. They don't have a published phone number. Groupon is a dead end except to get the fee of the Groupon credited. We're all out the $9.99.

Ordered Oct. 28,2015 and just received them April 10,2016. Emailed them four times and never got a response. The mugs are here the monogram is so small false representation on their pictures.

I ordered a set of mugs via Groupon and had them personalized via Moscow mule time and they stated a processing time frame of 4-6 weeks. I placed the order on 12/16/15 and it now coming to the end of February. I received an order confirmation and my card was charged and since then, it's like a ghost town. They only have an email to reach their "customer support" to which there is no response and I've contacted Groupon a few times for a status from them and I'm currently looking at a 3 hr wait time for a Groupon rep. I won't be getting these mugs, it's safe to assume so now I'll begin the exciting journey of disputing the charge from Moscow Mule time which doesn't seem to even be a business at all... Buyer beware!

I ECHO EVERYONE'S SENTIMENTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. ABSOLUTELY "NO" CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE COMPANY DOESN'T RESPOND. THE GROUPON VOUCHER NUMBER WASN'T ACCEPTED. STAY AWAY!

If I could give less then one star I would, I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my mugs and have yet to receive them, don't waste your time with these $#*!S, poor poor poor customer service, have emailed them 3 times, never have got an answer, whenever you do business with someone and they don't have a customer service phone numbe (which they don't) my advice is to stay away from them, once they get you... they got you! I will be calling and trying to get my money back... never again STAY AWAY FROM MOSCOW MULETIME
