Our condominium uses them and their terrible. They don't answer phones. Don't reply to emails. You can not reach them in a timely manner. Don't assist home owners when we need to have damage fixed nor repaired. The hoa is responsible for the outside of the house but they refuse to maintain it. If it does get fixed it takes for ever. If we have garbage issues we have to contact them to get a new can. All our bills do is pay for yard service. Otherwise Morris Management is terrible. Their phone etiquette is terrible and it's all blame the home owner. Theft in our complex is at an all time high and police vehicles have been patrolling the area extra heavy. Though if they miss the crime you're out of luck. I thought I'd make this a 5 year house but I might stomach this place three years then call it good.
